This company convinced me to purchase their home service "membership" because it would get me priority when scheduling service. But then they canceled and rescheduled my appointment 3 times over 3 days. So I waited at home each day for someone to come diagnose and repair my AC, and then I had to be the one to call them to ask where the tech was. I have canceled my membership.

It's usually expected that the technicians will only come in to do the job given. With Joyce Heating & Air it's different. These guys will go an extra mile to handle issues that concern them within the space they are to handle. I had them in my apartment 5 weeks ago when I had an issue with my A/C. It wasn't regulating the air as it should since the entire house was unusually hot. Ken was then sent to sort out the issue. He was a very polite and responsible guy. He checked the entire A/c and identified the problem, fixed it and before he was done, he cleaned it and placed it back to its position. The job was exemplary done and I give them a thumbs up to their good services.

This establishment has the best HVAC repair service in the area! Jeff did an impressive job of doing the AC heating repair. I thought the service would be last for a long hour but it was done quickly. What a nice work from an expert! Hats off guys! See you at the next appointment!

Worst. Company. Experience. Ever! If I could rate this 0 Stars, I would. I was out of the state traveling during the coldest week of the year and had a dog sitter at our house. We called them up in the morning and they said they would be out by 5 pm that day and charged me $299. They never showed or called us - I called them around 7:30 and they did not know where the tech was and would call us back (which they didn't). They close at 9 so maybe tomorrow they said... I called them the next morning and told them to cancel it and issue a refund, which they said they would. I found someone else to come out as our house was about 45 degrees by this point... The following day my sitter got a call from a tech saying he could come over and we told him it was cancelled. I called the office to confirm and they said yes it is cancelled and they will email me - All I got was a generic email saying "Thank you for your business!"

It took countless phone calls for the next MONTH to get someone to issue a refund. We would repeatedly be told they would do it and call us back. They never once called us back when they said they would... I did finally get a refund after basically having to scold them and sit on hold forever until he could 'talk to someone that could help'. Any time I had asked to speak to a manager or owner throughout this whole process, they always just said there was no one possible to talk to.. Very sketchy. Please do not use this company unless you would like a giant headache on your hands. They are worthless.

Josh and Mark installed my A/C system today within 5 hours. Very professional, well trained technicians. Thanks for your service Joyce Heating & Air Inc.. They are truly the comfort specialists when it comes to being comfortable in your home. I highly recommend.

Have used Joyce Heating & Air Inc for years. Recently had a new furnace and central air installed and I couldn't be happier. I really trust them because the workers are always extremely knowledgeable, good problem solvers, and they explain everything in terms I can understand. The guys are always very nice, and respectful, also. Highly recommend them .

I had a dryer vent screen on my roof that clogged up my entire system. These guys took the time to clear all of it out and it was not easy due to so many twists and turns in my ventilation system.
