Melad and Alex did an excellent job cleaning the ducts in my 2 level home. They arrived on time; conducted a walk through and provided me with an estimate after explaining what they would be doing. They showed me before and after pictures and it was amazing. I have been scammed by previous companies claiming to professionals only to find out they basically just dusted and vacuumed the vent covers. Melad and Alex are the real deal. And they were quite reasonable and very professional. So glad a friend recommended them.

Meals and Alex were very timely and efficient. Having recently moved into a new home I wanted to ensure ducts were clean and remove any allergens if present. My dog has severe allergies and I’m hopeful this will help! Pictures were taken before and after for comparison. They also cleaned dryer vent. My home is 17 years old with numerous previous owners. Several remodeling projects have also been done previously. Just knowing the ducts are now clean is amazing :). Would definitely use again and would highly recommend.

I have used Precise Duct Cleaning for my own personal home which I noticed an instant difference in air quality. I have also used Precise on a separate occasion after finishing up a project at a customers house. Customer stated how professional and swift these gentleman were. Highly recommend.

I called at least 10 companies who provided duct cleaning and most companies said they would have to come out and do an inspection before they could give me pricing.

Precise Duct Cleaning was able to immediately provide pricing for a standard residential cleaning, up to 15 vents and then a price for each additional vent. There was was company that was much lower (too good to be true) and there were other companies that were several hundred dollars higher.

Melad and Alex called as they were on their way to my house and arrived right on time. They were very professional, courteous and kind. They showed me before and after pictures of the various rooms as they were doing the work, and then again when they were finished.

When I discussed with them my furnace filter always being dirty and my concern that my friend's asthma gets worse when she comes over, they suggested an antibacterial fog that would help - at a very reasonable price. I really appreciate them taking time to listen to my concerns and providing suggestions.

Overall this has been a great experience and I would definitely recommend this company. Save yourself some time in doing research, this company was very reasonably priced and did an amazing job!!!

Great communication on initial setup of appointment. Called when they were 40 minutes from our house. Arrived ahead of schedule and got to work. We did a walk through of the house before service started to verify all the ducts that could be cleaned. They were up front about which ones can and can’t be cleaned. Gave us a price quote before starting work. Very professional guys. Marine veteran on the crew so I knew we were in good hands. We would highly recommend them.

It had been 15-20 years since we had our ducts cleaned. My wife and I had been struggling with some respiratory symptoms that seemed to never completely go away. Hoping this will be the answer for the respiratory issues. This crew of 2 men did an outstanding job! Professional. Answered all my questions. Also had them apply the anti-fungal treatment. And asked them to clean our dryer vent - it was very full of lint and was a fire hazard concern. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. No mess for us to clean up when they left.

I look for services that are a good value for my money. I might have been able to find a less expensive service. But I doubt I would have been as pleased with the outcome as I was with Precise.

Really appreciated the thorough explanation of the work to be done. The service was very efficient and extreme care was taken to prevent any damage from their equipment. Before and after pictures helped us clearly see the results. Would definitely use Precise again when needed!
