In my old house over here in Raymore, I called for some routine maintenance and honestly had no clue what to expect. They showed me what came out of the ducts—pretty gross but definitely worth it. I feel like I have been constantly dusting since we moved into our home 3 years ago. After multiple construction projects, having a dog, and regular life, we knew we needed our ducts cleaned. Bret & Dustin were fabulous! They arrived on time and were extremely efficient. They protected all areas of our house before beginning and during the process. Loved working with Duct Pros! They were really efficient with their time, considerate of household belongings, and the cleanup afterwards was like they were never there! They even brought something to my attention that needed fixed as a bonus. Highly recommend!

The vents in my house were incredibly dirty. It ended up taking a little over 3.5 hours for two guys to do the cleaning, which clogged up their vacuum multiple times. I'm sure this was worse than a typical job and took longer, but they remained cheerful and kept at it, taking time to answer all my dumb questions.

The process seemed very polished and well designed to keep the air clean throughout the job.

They really went above and beyond in a couple ways. They re secured a return duct to the joists where a connection had failed. Additionally, a part was damaged on the furnace and they replaced it for free, including an hour of driving time (beyond the 3.5 hours I mentioned). There was never any question about whether they caused the damage and whose job it was to fix it, they just did it without any hint of complaint.

I was charged the original quoted price. I pushed kind of hard to at least let me pay the part cost for the piece they replaced, but they refused and only wanted the originally quoted price. Truly a great service that I would recommend to anyone!
