I was skeptical about duct cleaning. Now I am a believer. Bret and his team were on time, professional and thorough. 50 years of built up dust, pet hair and debris gone! My family’s allergies are practically nonexistent. Finally not having to dust every few days. Thank you !!!!

Bret was phenomenal. Not only did he answer ALLLLLL of my questions without irritation or hesitation but I had to reschedule on him multiple times (house renovation) and he was very kind and understanding. Once we finally were able to have him come out he assess our ducts and let us know they weren’t installed properly and if he cleaned them it could cause issues inside the house. He wasn’t trying to make a sale because he wasn’t doing the replacement or referring. My husband replaced the ducts and Bret was able to get us back on the schedule quickly (thank God, in this heat!). Since the ducts were all replaced he just had to clean the main trunk that wasn’t replaced and the main furnace. He also cleaned our dryer vent for free. He was extremely down to earth and kind. Definitely has his customers best interest in mind! He is NADCA certified and recognizes cross contamination is possible and he mitigates it to the highest extent. Highly recommend! We will definitely have him do our cleaning again when it’s needed!

Bret and his brother came out to our homeless shelter and fixed an issue we were having with our dryer vents. They were courteous, professional, compassionate and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend them. I even scheduled them to come clean the ducts at my home.

Bret Moyer and Duct Pros was recommended to me. Upon arriving for our scheduled appointment, Bret walked around and began inspecting our air vents. After inspecting the ducts on our HVAC system, he informed us that we did not need them cleaned. For a home that is 20 years old, he said they are not that dirty and didn’t want to simply do it for the money. While in the basement, he noticed we had an issue with our duct work to the dryer vent. He inquired about what happened and I explained that I needed to get it corrected because our new dryer keeps giving us error codes and shutting down. To make a long story short, he fixed the duct work and then cleaned our dryer vent and also fixed the long piece that NFM left on the back of the dryer.
I was really blown away by the honesty of Bret not wanting to just do a job and take our money. The cost for the fix and cleaning for the dryer was very reasonable.
I would highly recommend this company for any duct work or cleaning of any kind that needs done!

Bret and his guys were incredible! After scheduling with them, we had to make a very last minute change (literally after hours the night before), and they were so accommodating.
They showed up on time, were very communicative, and they were even sweet to our kids who kept trying to help. They cleaned up afterwards and moved all of the furniture back in place, too.

Our house is an old one that has had several tenants over the last few years. I’m sure this was a much worse situation than they anticipated, but they got to work and kept at it until it was all done. I can tell a difference already. I would recommend them to anyone.

Brett spent 30 minutes on a Saturday afternoon taking a careful look at our HVAC system. After he finished, he spent time carefully explaining where he thought the issue might be coming from and answering our questions. The kicker: his diagnosis didn’t involve a duct cleaning and he didn’t charge us anything for the visit. Bret is an honest, knowledgeable professional and we would recommend him to anyone we know. We’ll certainly keep him at the top of our list for when our ducts actually need to be cleaned.

My appointment was for 9:00 this morning and at 9:00 they were at my front door. They did a quick evaluation of my ducts and then proceeded with the cleaning process. Took about four hours from start to finish. Did a thorough job and left my house clean from any debris that escaped from their tubing. Highly recommend Duct Pros for any duct cleaning job!!

Being a new homeowner, he offered me a little bit of a crash course regarding HVAC care, and gave some recommendations beyond his purview. The price he quoted was exact, he did not add any extra fees or surprises.
