First appointment was a no show next 2 appointments tech was 2 hours late during install took multiple smoke breaks to add up to a 7 hour install on a water heater that should take 2-4hours

The owner of this company showed up to my house and lied to me. Told me it was the septic causing the clog didn't even look in the house. Wanted 1700 to fix. I called another company, they came in the house and unclogged the clog for 190 dollars. Had nothing to do with the septic tank Do not use this guy he is a crook.

When they were assigned to my house to fix a clog in my main line, they were there within the hour. Very professional, and timely. With in a few hours, i could use everything (that uses a drain) again.

Made the call and got an immediate response. They were at my site within an hour and solved my problem in less than an hour after arriving. Great explanation as to my problem and what had occurred. Regular texts to let me know their anticipated arrival time. I will definitely use this company again!

Todd arrived as scheduled, was very professional and communicated with me regularly regarding repair. Quickly discovered cause of water running out from under shower and repaired. Very happy with service.

Showed up without setting an appointment. Was unable to fix my problem then because I was at work. Showed up again a week later without setting an appointment, then claimed I had set one. I was scheduled to work and would not have set it for that time. Accually scheduled an appointment. Its been over a week since that scheduled time has passed and the plumber still has not showed up.

I started renting a duplex 2 weeks ago and noticed that someone had ran over our pipe outside and we had a disgusting sewage leak. The plumber who came to my rescue's name was John and he was able to get out there and get the job done quickly and get everything fixed for me! Super quick, peofessional and amazing service!

Our sinks were backing up on one side of our house. I tried to clear it with a 25' auger of my own but was unsuccessful so I had to call in the big guns. I called Action Rooter and he was able to come out the very next morning. He was very professional, friendly, and got it cleared quickly without any mess.

DO NOT USE.... Went through my home warranty hsa. I did not get a choice in the plumber hsa assured me they were licensed guess what only there one plumber joe was and he doesn't work there any more...... I had sewage backing up onto my house the snaked the main line and all was well or so we thought one week later same issue. Call them out again they said there is some sediment build up and will have to run a camera $150. They tell us patio needs to be pulled up and a box inserted jack says he will call hsa for us all sounds awesome 3 weeks later 3 more back ups 1 so major our entire basement is ruined from sewage now going through my insurance..... we call hsa they haven't heard a word from jack many phone calls later jack doesn't respond or when he does doesn't know who we are..... finally hsa approves work is set for wednesday... but 1 of the 3 people that works for this sorry excuse for a company calls in sick they cancel..... we have been at a hotel during this part now because plumbing is completely useless..... Thursday they tell us they will be here first thing Friday morning guess who didn't show..... Thursday after noon jack had spoke with hsa and got order declined because work was outside foot print of foundation. So I called actual plumbers united and delong... both can out free inspection de long even used camera through entire house for free not 150.... issue is in side house.... was never outside...... the 150 we have them was a waste the 75 for snake was a waste.... the flood was pointless the 750 work they suggest outside was worthless all plumbing company's we called and explained what they wanted to do said they have no clue what they are talking about and avoid at all cost......
