Jerry came to clean out our main line in 2 degree weather. Great guy, had a smile on his face despite the negative 19 wind chill. Very friendly & polite. Will definitely use them again & recommend them to our friends!

Action Rooter sent repair techinian Jeff Crow to my home today. Mr. Crow was very knowledable , friendly, & prompt! Action Rooter contacted me immediately yesterday and set an appointment time for me today. They were 15 minutes ahead of schedule. I definitely recommend this company and Jack Crow as well!

Used them for a large job covered through my warranty company. They were prompt and polite. Job was done in record time and job site was cleaned up well, considering how much earth was dug out. Highly recommend!

Action rooter was assigned through a home warranty company to help with a clogged drain. They quickly fixed the clog and were able to locate several leaks in my pipes. They ended up doing a total repipe on the house, with the home warranty paying partially, and at a very fair price. I'll be using them for anything that might come up in the future. Todd is great!

We have HSA home warranty and have two leaking drains. We had Jack come out to diagnose the problem and set a appointment we are on our third reschedule due to mix ups and no call no show on their end. We have again rescheduled an appointment for next week this now makes a total of a month wait for the problem to be fixed. Mean while we have no shower. We have already paid the $100 and if there is another cancel next week we will be reporting to home warranty. Kesha at HSA home warranty has been great and has promised to escalate the issue to possibly change companies if there is a issue next week.

Horrible, took 1 month to fix hot water heaters. I had American Home Shield as my warranty company I was trying to work this with. AHS blamed these guys, their chosen contractor, and their contractor blamed them. It took over 1 week for the technician, John, that came the first evening to even send the pictures and write up in to Jack, according to Jack. I spent hours trying to work with both with the final resolution to just take a pay out and fix the water heaters myself. Absolutely ridiculous and neither one cared about me, their customer. Left numerous messages for Jack on his cell phone with no response. Left numerous messages with answering service with no response. Finally Jack called again after over 2 weeks and he was still blaming AHS. He did inform me of the cash payout from AHS which they never mentioned, so I guess that is a plus for these guys but nothing else. Once he saw that I took the cash payout he contacted me a few times that day to set up the service. I called that evening to tell him I was going a different direction. Entire process with both of these companies was ridiculous. STAY AWAY!!!

My Home Warranty recommended Action Rooter to fix two toilets that kept running. Due to their age they needed to be replaced. Jack and another man were Friendly, Professional, and Efficient. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results and would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone. Thanks Action Rooter Sewer & Drain, LLC!

I would recommend Action Rooter for plumbing concerns. I filed through my HSA insurance on a Sunday night. At 8:00 am Monday, Jack (the owner) called to see what issues I was having and sent someone out. By 9:00, Chris was at my house and straight to work, and within an hour, everything was all taken care of. Jack and Chris were incredibly helpful and wasted no time in addressing the issues I had.

Chris and Mark came out and did a great job when I was having problems with my bathroom sinks and toilets. They even tightened up a wobbly toilet that I didn’t think to mention! They were right on time and got the job done quickly. Everything was covered by my home warranty service, so I didn’t even have to make a payment at the time of service! I will be using Action Rooter in the future, and will recommend them to my friends!

We’ve been using Action Rooter for Years! We’ve had everything you can imagine repaired and I always request them! Busted pipes, toilets, main shut off valve replacement, garbage disposal, faucets, water heater! They have been same day service many many times and saved us on Christmas Day even! We are so happy with the friendly and accurate service we receive! Thank you Action Rooter for being so awesome! You may not wear capes but you sure have saved us throughout the years!

I have a HSA home warranty and have had Action out twice for two different issues. Jack, the owner, is very knowledgeable when it comes to working with home warranties and he does a great job. His plumber, Mark is very nice and personable as well. I would recommend and will use them again.

I've used Action Rooter several times, and it's also who my home warranty company sent out. They are always professional, and show up during their scheduled time frame. I've always gotten a heads up call. Jack the owner even calls to check to make sure everything was done right. Anytime my warranty company has to send someone out for plumbing service, I always request Action Rooter. They're just good people and they are fair on their pricing.

Having some problems with our water heater so we called Jack at Action Rooter. They came out and got it working again but said it would need to be replaced pretty soon but did not charge us for the service call. Couple of weeks later and its back causing problems. One call and they were there the next day to replace it. Great service and prices.

Called to check on septic extractor pump replacement and was quoted a price. He then went on to explain that if I was able to complete the work I could save labor money. He basically walked me through the process including what parts were needed. Great service and knowledge. I would recommend based solely on the fairness and treatment in one call. He did this, I believe, out of kindness and fairness.

I requested service through the insurance company over the weekend and Action Rooter Sewer & Drain confirmed that they would contact me on Monday to schedule an appointment. They did not call Monday. I called Action directly Tuesday morning and was told they would call me back shortly. They didn't call. I contacted the insurance company again Wednesday morning and asked if I could switch plumbers. They put me on hold to call Action, who apparently told them that they would contact me shortly. Five hours later, I have contacted the insurance company and am finally starting the whole process over with a new plumber. If they are too busy to come out, so be it, but not even calling to let a customer know for 3 full days is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Professional and Prompt - needed them in an emergency and they saved us !
