Blackburn Brothers company was exceptional! My husband and I had just bought a house out in the country and we had a situation with our septic and needed it serviced and the man that came out(forgot to pay attention to his name) was soooooo nice! He took the time to educate me on the do’s and don’ts of having a septic and explained to me how a septic system works and gave me lots of advice on how to keep my septic working properly and a whole bunch of other stuff. He was awesome. I recommend if you ever need septic services to give them a call! And they were cheaper then anyone els i called! And I called like 10 different companies in the area!

We needed help fast and they fit us into their busy schedule.
They even took the time to explain improvements we can make
and how to install a riser for our septic system. Great service!!!

When we bought our house, we were told our septic tank did not need to be pumped out for two to three years. We'll a little over a year and a half later, we had septic water backing up into out house. Once we figured out the tank was full and needed pumped, we called Blackburn Brothers Septic. They told us it would for sure the next day and if they could they would get to us that day. A couple of hours later he called and said they were coming over. Once they arrived they quickly got to work and pumped out the tank. I thank Blackburn Brothers Spetic for helping us out in a pinch, we will deffently be using them again

We had our septic tank pumped by this company. The owner was super nice and communicative about when he would be arriving on the day of. He was on time, and it didn’t cost more than he quoted on the phone. After calling around to several businesses he was a flat rate with no “if something happens it’s gonna be more.” I would 100% recommend this company to anyone looking for services they provide! Very professional, great value, quality and responsiveness.

Highly recommend. I contacted Blackburn Bros to inquire about septic pumping for routine maintenance on a couple of tanks on my property. Scott patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions and was able to come out the following day. He called before heading over to make sure the time would work and we worked out a timeframe that fit around some meetings I had. He showed up as expected and answered more questions and got right to work for a reasonable price. He was able to help me determine my tank sizes and explained how everything worked and entertained all my inquiries about connecting other buildings to existing tanks and pretty much every possibility under the sun. I got a full crash course education on septic systems, pumping, treatment facilities and more. Besides that Scott is a friendly and cool dude. I wouldn’t trust anyone else for the job going forward.

i've been plumbing for so damn long i hate it and i hate talking about it but i'll make an exception this one time to tell you about that team they got going on over there..the counter guys got it going on even at the breaka dawn!them warehouse boys gittin it done too.. they cooler than a polar bears toenails back there for real.. anyway they all have alotta patience and most likely dedication not me though i hate plumbing but if i have to I'll go to plumb supply i guess.

These guys have been great! I had some warranty issues that I was dealing with from out of state. My sister needed her hot water replaced ASAP and I had to purchase it from Plumb Supply which was pretty far away from where it needed delivered. Dylan at Plumb Supply bent over backwards to arrange getting our water heater delivered THE NEXT DAY!! He has helped me through the whole process, so far, and I couldn't be more pleased. Highly recommend these people. Great customer service all around. Thank you Dylan and Plumb Supply for being so helpful. :)
