The original work done by Wm. Rott and Sons was to remove 4 leaking skylights and to put a rubber roof on a large rear family room with a gentle slope. All the roofing work was done to our satisfaction. Winter 2022-23 dealt us two 6-foot snowfalls which - despite roof-raking on the family room roof - resulted in the gutter pulling away from the facia. In 2023, at my request, Rott returned and deemed the gutter repair to be warranty work. That was completed at no cost to me. During the winter of 2023, we got two more large snowfalls which damaged the gutter again. I paid the reasonable fee to have the gutter replaced, and that was done within a couple of weeks of my call and the visit for the estimate. We received two 3-foot snowfalls this season, and my roof raking resulted in no icicles from the gutter or damage. I have complete confidence in Wm. Rott's work and the quality of their staff. I strongly recommend this company.

We had our complete roof and time replaced by William C Rott a few years ago ($40,000) and we were happy with their service at that time. However we were very DISATISFIED when we called them out for an estimate after ice damage to our gutters in January 2024.We were told James would contact us for an estimate. We didn't hear a word from James within a 2 week period. Called the office back was Told James would call to schedule an appointment. James called and we gave 4 days of availability. He never showed up. A week later we got the estimate and he refused to break the estimate down so we knew what we were paying for. After false promises, getting the run around about getting a written estimate they continued to refuse to explain the $4,200 cost for 35 ft. of gutters. I was totally disrespected and yelled at by their office staff. They sent a salesman out to our house who also refused to breakdown the estimate and threated us saying we were under contract. Rott has gone down hill on quality of customer service. We didn't care for the shady nontransparent attitude with this company. Got another estimate for the exact same work for $1,700 less than Rott from a reputable company. I do not recommend using Rott for your home repairs. You can do much better and be treated with more respect elsewhere. Shame on you William C Rott

5 Star service... the crew from Rott did an excellent job tearing off the old roof and installing the new roof. Valleys were done using a three step system not seen in use by any other company. Even the little details such as color matching vent collars and protecting gardens around the house and garage were done. The last roof from Rott lasted nearly 30 years and have no doubt this one will last that and maybe longer!

Our experience with Wm. C. Rott & Son began with an appointment in late May of 2024 for recommendations for a new roof. We were thinking that a leak and the age of our roof (22 yrs.) were an indication that a roof replacement was required. Dan Rott explained that a complete new roof was not necessary. With a sigh of relief, we contracted with Rott and Son to rejuvenate our roof and repair some chimney flashing. There was no attempt by Dan to suggest a complete roof replacement. He recommended against roof replacement at this time. He suggested the remediation that was considerably less expensive than what we expected. Needless to say, Dan is honest and treated us as though we were family. The follow-up with staff, Donna and Bob W., for planning and scheduling has been timely, courteous and customer driven. Wm. C. Rott and Son has our wholehearted endorsement. When our roof does need replacement, they will have our business. Our confidence has been earned and is well deserved.

Rott&Sons did excellent work on my roof. They were very professional and cleaned up old roof debris as they went threw the entire job.
They also replaced my 43yr old gutters and installed covers on them, as I live in the woods of Orchard Pk, with lots of trees.
They took their time, in order to do a great job. I also was very pleased with the new flashing they put around my skylight, which had been leaking. When every thing was complete they inspected the perimeter of my home for any additional debris left behind. Their prices may seem to be a little pricey, but worth every penny! Trust them, they did a terrific job on my home.

Our plumber came out and opened a whole in the wall behind our upstairs bathroom tub and that’s when we noticed the floor was wet and when it rained we could see it dripping. Rott came out quickly and went up on our roof and found the leak and temporarily patched it until they could get back to permanently repair the leak which they did

I had a botched roof from another local company , where my roof was leaking into my house and my garage was leaking also…. This company would not call me back and not fix the issue. I called WCRott, they gave me a quote and fixed my house roof and my garage roof … They did a great job, cleaned up afterwards and the guys were very respectful…. I’m very pleased with the work they did. I even bought a front storm door from them, had a few fitting issues with it and they came out right away to fix it,,, Love the door,,, Great company if you need work done, highly recommend them…

The team of Mike and Mike did a fabulous job on our roof. They were not only good at roofing, they were both very kind. They cleaned up all three days with nothing we had to clean up!! I would 100% recommend this team!

Recently I had work performed on my home by William C Rott & Son. I had a gutter ruined in last year's winter snow storm replaced by George. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The work was done to my complete satisfaction. William C. Rott & Son installed a metal roof, all new windows and siding about 12 years ago. Everything still looks great! There are no roof leaks and I expect the roof to last the rest of my lifetime. If you're in need of home repairs/improvement, you can't go wrong with William C. Rott & Son! we recently had wind damage and when inspecting found other issues we didn't even know we had. we had the roof replaced and they tore off all the old roof, replaced some of the wood and installed wind rated roofing. the two installers (Mike and Mike) were polite and professional, they answered all our questions and even corrected our vents for our bathrooms. the warranty is the best we have ever heard of. we are extremely pleased with the results.

We’ve been using this company for the last 20-years. We have a roof that requires routine maintenance, and it is difficult to find a contractor to do this job for a reasonable cost. This year we also needed to replace a failing roof over our detached garage. Once again the team at William C. Rott and Son impressed. From the estimation to the installation I feel like my time and money is valued by this business. We received transparent pricing quotes, routine updates as to the job scheduling and were treated as if our time was equally valuable to theirs. Then on the project day they arrived promptly, discussed concerns and proposed solutions to those nagging problems homeowners know too well. By the end of the day, the job was done, the roof looked beautiful and Mike and Mike had put my yard back together, like they’d never been there. Wm. C. Rott and Son have completed 2 jobs for us, and we have been happy with the results of both. First, they replaced gutters, and this winter the gutters performed as hoped. Next, they came to repair a dormer leak which turned into a larger problem area. Everyone at this company from office staff to Steve Rott, himself, are great to work with. The crew who completed our job, Mike and Mike, took the time to make sure that our roof problems are solved. Steve came out to the site to make sure other issues did not exist, which was appreciated. Scheduled for a roof estimate 2 times. Both we're cancelled day of by the company and never heard back as promised. After being reassured their business was NOT ran like that. So much for being" professional.
