Repair damage to garage roof from recent storm. Great experience with Mike and his crew. Professional, polite, efficient. Highly recommend!!

I haven't hired them for anything, yet. I called them last week looking for repair service for the screen on a retractable screen storm door. The lady said they don't work on those, but she took her time and suggested several options and several places. Other places I called just said sorry and that's it. That spoke highly to me on how they are willing to lend help without any benefit to them. I will seriously consider them for any future jobs.

Mike, Mike Jr. and Joe worked most of the day to repair our roof, and it looks like they did a great job. A few months ago they fixed a window that was leaking, and so far so good! We always call Rott for our roofing needs.

Mike and Mike were a great team to work with. Very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done, and when they encountered a problem hidden beneath my roof and flashing they took the time to explain what was wrong, and what needed to be done to fix it right. I got the sense they really cared about their work and providing the best service for their customers. Would work with them again.

We have had Rott for many projects in our house; repairing soffits, replacing sliding patio door, and replacing windows. Their work has always been extremely well done and on time as promised and clean up is excellent. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for the next project.

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I hired William C Rott to inspect and repair a leaking ceiling after being told there were several gaps that needed to be filled. The work was completed in August, yet in December the ceiling began leaking again in the exact same spot. When I contacted the company, the same technician returned and told me the work was not guaranteed and that this was stated in the paperwork I signed. I found this response unacceptable, especially since I have had similar small repairs done by other roofing companies without any issues. This experience felt careless and dismissive, particularly toward customers who are not roofing experts and rely on professionals to do the job correctly. I will not be using this company again and cannot recommend them.

Mike, Mike and crew repaired and put a new roof on our garage after a tree had come down after a storm. We are so impressed with the effiency, respect of property, and the clean up that we hired them back to put a new roof on our house. They may be a bit more expensive than the “other guy” but so well worth it. We highly recommend this company!

Our experience with Wm C Rott & Son has been superb. The initial quote process went smoothly and was very informative; the salesperson definitely had a wealth of experience and was not pushy. Scheduling went smoothly and even though we had to call to initiate some communication throughout, the team was very flexible and worked around the crazy weather we had. The price was as agreed upon and there were no surprises. Work was completed efficiently and cleanly. Overall everyone was very professional but the smaller family-owned touch was nice throughout the process. I'd use this company again (and we plan to do so soon for additional work we need done).

William C. Rott and Son put a new roof on our house in the early 2000s. Mike just did a tune up yesterday and I received the report today. He was very thorough with his inspection and indicated all the places we needed some repair. I highly recommend Mike and William C. Rott and Son for your roofing needs. They have always been there when we needed them. Excellent company and excellent service!
Recently, they replaced all my gutters and placed leaf guards on them. Again, another terrific job! The gutters look spectacular and the leaf guards eliminated me the need to hire someone to clean them. Well worth it!
Finally, they replaced the siding on an extension to my family room. The work was exquisite!

WC Rott was wonderful! My roof had a small leak in my bedroom. Mr. Rott came out and put a tarp on my roof. The weather was awful but he still did it! They came to fix my roof on a much nicer day a few weeks later. It took two men a day and a half to complete the job. I am very satisfied with the work. I feel so much better knowing that my roof is secure.

While wintering in Colorado,, we got a call from our alarm company that water was coming into our basement. Luckily only a rug in the bedroom was wet. Sal from Servpro came in, removed the rug, and replaced everything. We doff not return until yesterday and were pleased with how everything looked and smelled. It’s nicer to know that even when you’re out of town you can depend on Servpro to do a great job.

Came home from trip to find sump pump stopped working and water over entire basement floor. Justin and Cameron from Serve Pro did a fantastic job in cleaning and setting things right in the basement and it's now clean , dry and free of anything that could possible cause mold.

I had a great experience with the Eric R. who came out for an estimate. He was extremely honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and what the best options were.

We just had two jobs completed by Franks basement systems. Both were completed in a timely fashion.
The last job with Mike and Adam was great. They got right to work, kept the job site is clean as possible, and cleaned up after themselves when they were done. We are very happy to have the job completed and the house get back to normal.

We had our sump pump replaced by Frank’s Basement Systems, the service technician Josh Farnsworth did an outstanding job not just replacing the pump but ensuring our back pump was functioning correctly and that there were no water recycling issues.

We were having an issue with some cracks in our foundation that required some i-beams to be installed. We were so impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the team that was used for our project. Anthony L., Dan B, Steven R. And Joshua F. They were in and out very quick and we hardly even knew they were here.

We were also impressed by how the plumbing was handled. There was a utility sink that needed to be moved for our project. Zack and Dan came and removed the sink from the wall the day before and then 2 days later came back and reinstalled the utility sink in less than an hour.

Could not reccomend franks basement systems enough! And will for sure be using them for any future projects!

We had Erik Arneth from Frank's basement systems come inspect our basement. He was incredibly knowledgeable explaining the potential issues and solutions to fix the small water issue we had. He was so thorough examining everything in the interior and exterior of the house.
