This was one of the best service experiences I’ve ever had. I originally called for chimney and dryer vent cleaning, but after an inspection, the technician found signs of water damage and possible mold growth near the air duct system. The company quickly scheduled water damage restoration and mold remediation before the issue became worse. They also cleaned the wood stove and made sure the chimney was safe to use again. The crew was punctual, professional, and respectful of my property the entire time. My home feels cleaner, safer, and much more comfortable now. I’m very grateful for their excellent work highly recommended.

Not a fan. In my opinion, this company needs to get its act together. My impression was stained early on by what I consider a horrible experience with a sales rep. When we asked basic technical questions, she appeared to act as if we were personally attacking her. She left our offices and called to tell me she "did not feel safe," repeatedly claiming she was "just a blue-collar employee." To me, it felt like she was playing the victim card to dodge professional accountability, which was unacceptable.

From what I have observed, this company maintains an inefficient, university-style administrative emailing culture that seems to accomplish nothing. Recently, we were providing access to our unit to facilitate a setup for the new tenant moving in next door. The scope was specific: remove points of network from our system to accommodate the neighbor. Despite the multiple back-and-forth emails this company sends, the Johnson Controls technician arrived before we were open and appeared to not know why he was there. He actually texted me at one point asking if he was supposed to be "removing the system entirely." It is staggering to me that they can over-communicate via email yet apparently fail to tell their own tech whether he is helping a new customer get established or dismantling a client's entire system.

Appreciate the solid service (and the fact that this small, family owned business showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment, which is rare!). They did an excellent job with our dryer cleaning and we'll be having them back for the air ducts too.

We were nervous about booking an air duct cleaning, because so many of the companies doing it are basically scams... but in our case, a cleaning was necessary because the people who lived in our house before us put cigarettes down the vents and they were also FULL of dust and causing us allergies. A friend of ours had done some research on legitimate companies and recommended Clean Air Pros to us. They had good reviews and their pricing seemed reasonable so we decided to give them a try. They were great and we would definitely recommend them!! The guys who came to do the cleaning were friendly and professional and they did a great job, and the air in our house definitely seems to be a lot cleaner.

Great choice! Rolland and his partner did great work. The job only took them an hour and a half and the house was clean after the job was finished. I will definitely recommend them to other people looking to get their vents cleaned.

We couldn’t be happier with our services from Clean Air Pros! Our dryer became disconnected from the back and we needed quick service. We called and they scheduled a service with us within a couple days and went above and beyond to fix our dryer (despite it being in a very tight space and challenging set up) and ensured it was well cleaned afterward. They were so kind, thorough, and professional that we decided to book a full air duct cleaning. They were able to schedule us for the following week. Two different technicians came for the air duct cleaning and they were both equally friendly and thorough through the whole process. I will absolutely use Clean Air Pros for future work and would highly recommend to anyone considering them!

We just bought a new house and the vents looked terrible! Donald came out and did a wonderful job!! They fit me into the schedule quickly and were in and out in maybe 2 hours. I was suprised and impressed with how very affordable they are, while yet doing a better job then some of the big corruptions that charge so much more. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so! Now we can run our furnance without breathing in all the junk from the previous owners. Will be using them again!

The team was on time and performed the service exactly as described on the phone in the time frame discussed. They confirmed pricing both on the phone and on the day of service before actually starting the service so there were no surprises. The guys were polite and courteous in their interactions with me and each other. They were respectful of my home and took great care to leave everything in its place and clean when they left. I also appreciate that they were honest about the condition of my duct work and didn’t try to solve problems that didn’t exist (I’ve encountered a lot of companies that try to “upsell” me services I don’t really need. This company did NOT do that.). They gave me an idea of when I should consider have the work done again, and it was clear they were being honest and not trying to get me to do something more often than needed. I highly recommend them!

All around great service. When I called for an appointment and to ask questions I talked to an actual person who worked for the company, not a useless service. He was very nice and had a ballpark estimate for me including a cap fee. The price was very reasonable. The two gentlemen who came out were very friendly and efficient. I'd 100% recommend them.

Was in a pinch going into the workweek with a janky dryer line and broken exterior vent cover from a critter. Harley came out and knocked out the easy fix and saved me time and frustration. Quick, speedy and reliable? Definitely using them in the future!
