I work for a general contractor and hired Clean Air Pros to take care of the duct cleaning of two separate homeowners. They made the process extremely easy and even accommodated a last minute change with the scheduled cleaning (With no extra charge or hassle). The prices are better than the large competitors from what I had been quoted. Everyone is pleasant and professional that I have dealt with and overall I had a great overall experience. I will use them if I need to do any duct cleaning in the future.

Cleaned our dryer vent - Reached out via the company's website and got an immediate response with a reasonable cost estimate. They discovered our dryer vent was disconnected in the crawl space and took time to reconnect it for us. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices and an overall great experience. I called to have my vents cleaned ever since I noticed that our dryer was heavily condensating. Harley came out, was polite, explained what he would be doing and was done within 20 minutes. Unfortunately the condensation is still occurring but not to the degree that it was before. Thankfully, our address has a 30 day warranty and I've already sent a message to have additional work done to help remedy the problem. I'd highly recommend Clean Air Pros if you're having trouble!

We were scheduled at 2:00pm, rescheduled me at 3:30 , the again rescheduled me at 5:30pm.
Got a call at 5:30 saying they can no make it and want to reschedule me for a different date.
I took the day off work and waited all day for nothing.

Did a great job cleaning our entire hvac system and dryer vent. Previous owners had pets and my husband is allergic. They provided pictures of all the vents and even pointed out an easy modification we could make to improve the efficiency of our system. Absolutely would recommend this company.
