Roland and Royce were great. Very friendly and polite. It is too soon to provide feedback regarding the effectiveness of the air duct cleaning, but I’m sure it will make a difference. Extremely affordable! Highly recommend.

Originally was a 5 star review but not now. Came out for dryer vet cleaning. Said it was clean. Next day got error on dryer saying blockage so had a repairman out who couldn’t find any issues with driver so double check vent. Found it 100% blocked with lint. Hopefully they refund or send someone else out.

Clean Air Pros truly lives up to their name! Roland and his team were incredibly thorough and efficient while cleaning our air ducts. We were especially impressed by their careful attention—they made sure their equipment and cords didn't scratch our doors or walls. We got quotes from other companies, and Clean Air Pros was a bit cheaper, yet the quality and service were still top-notch. For our 2000 sq ft home with 17 vents, the job took a little over two hours. Highly recommend Roland and his crew!

The technicians were extremely courteous and did a very good job. They showed me pictures of the dryer vent cleaning. However, I did not get to see pictures of the other house vents (we had the entire HVAC done). Also, either the technician or the equipment (I am not sure which) smelled of pot smoke. It took a while to get the smell out of my home. I am very sensitive to cigarette and pot smoke and find it very distasteful. That is the only reason I did not give them 5 stars. The smell cleared quickly. Now I find I am breathing so much better in my home than I was before. It was worth every penny.
Edit: I have now changed my review to 5 star. The company owners called me personally to discuss how horrified they were that a technician came to my home smelling of smoke. This is why they created the company, the owner has a bad smoke allergy. So they definitely are making sure it will never happen to anyone again. I will be trusting this company with my annual dryer vent cleaning in the future. This is the kind of company you definitely want working for you. They really care and pay attention to the details. They even reimbursed me some money for the trouble I experienced. Wow, a rare thing now a days. I now cannot do anything but recommend them without reservation.

Adam & Cash did a magnificent job cleaning out the air ducts and our dryer vent. They were efficient, meticulous and clean. The price was reasonable and they are locally owned and operated in Columbus.

We had all the ducts in our large home cleaned and I felt the price was very fair for how much time was spent on the job. The ducts had never been cleaned before and apparently were filthy. I had a great experience with this company for my vent cleaning service. Adam was the technician who came out, and he did an excellent job. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process. He made sure everything was cleaned thoroughly and left the area neat when he finished.

Stellar! They did a fantastic job. Both were polite and respectful. Showed me before and after photos of the ducts. They really got the ducts cleaned out. Sanitized as well. Looking forward to breathing a little easier in this old house and hoping there will be less dust on walls and furniture. Will use again. It was also nice because i Had a 2pm appointment but they had an opening and they called to see if they could come earlier which was good. If you are scheduling keep in mind the weather cause outter doors will be open to allow for equipment and hoses etc. It was very nice today (fri march 6th) so it wasn't a problem. We had Clean Air Pros come out to clean our air ducts which had not been cleaned since before Covid.

The crew was VERY professional, friendly, and explained everything prior to cleaning. They provided a detailed explanation about how they would thoroughly clean the vents which including cutting into the duct work and sealing it afterwards. Showed the hair collected from the vents which was a little surprising although we do have two dogs, a cat, and a rabbit in the house. The change in air quality was noticeable the very next morning.

I highly recommend Clear Air Pros. They provided a quality service, very thorough and friendly staff, and very reasonably priced. We had 14 vents in our house, and the price was around $400 which included a sanitizer and deodorizer spray which seemed like a nice, professional touch.

I could not recommend this company more!! While other companies thought a phone estimate was sufficient, this company came out, met with me, and gave an extremely reasonable and competitive quote! I spoke to three companies and couldn’t be happier that I chose Clean Air Pros. They did a full duct cleaning and a dryer vent cleaning. The person who met me for the estimate wasn’t pushy at all, and was super friendly. The techs were amazing and thorough. They even send you pictures after the work is completed. If you are looking for a reliable, quick, hard working, friendly company, this is the one!
