Paul Bradley did a wonderful job washing our house. He is very pleasant and very conscientious!! We talked to him before he started and he took the time to answer all our questions. Highly recommend!!

James completed some work on my home about a week ago. He throughly explained what he’d need to do and the time frame it would be completed in. He also gave me a run down after the work was completed. The house looked great after, I’d highly recommend

We hired Perfect Power Wash to power wash and seal a large colored concrete pool patio area, concrete steps, as well as a front sidewalk and front porch. We were very disappointed a couple years ago with a prior company who did a terrible job power washing and sealing the same area, so we were hesitant to try this again. Colin showed up and was personable, professional, and energetic. He did a fantastic job making our concrete look new again. We are thrilled with the outcome of this and will call PPW again next year. ASK FOR COLIN!

Very disappointed, most of the house came out looking pretty good and the technician doing the job seemed very, very nice. However, the issue is some of the house wasn't totally cleaned off. When speaking to the first person about it after the job was done. They said, one thing spoke to another gentleman today, he told me something very different. I said that they couldn't do nothing about it. They wouldn't take any percent of the money off and that they are the professionals and I'm not, and they can't cleaned it any more than it is. Thus the back of the house and parts of the sides, our completely unacceptable.

Truly would not recommend mainly for their phone customer service.

Tyrone was very informative as I had a few questions about my 1st experience with your power washing company. I liked his answers to my questions. He was very nice.
When I came back from running errands my home was finished. Tyrone had taken pictures which he sent to me. So glad I called your company and that Tyrone was assigned my job.

I had a really good experience with Perfect Power Wash! Jacob showed up on time and did a great job washing my home. Living on the water, we have a bad spider issue and Jacob was able to get 99% of the spider tags and webs off the house. I would definitely recommend them. Our house is cleaner than it’s been in years !

Mr. Price of Perfect Power Wash was prompt, professional and hard-working. He was attentive to every detail of our job and ensured I was satisfied before putting his equipment away. It was very hot and humid that day, but Andrew cheerfully went about the task. Based on this experience, I would use them again.

We were very pleased with the work preformed on our house, patio, and sidewalks. Aubrey, our service technician was awesome. He was very informative and accommodating. He went above and beyond and did a great job.

Perfect Power Wash was great. They sent a message that they were heading out to power wash and what the location status with the Technician. When Andrew arrived, he was very courteous and accommodating. We walked the property address any opportunities that maybe. When Andrew was finished we inspected the work and what a difference. He did a great job and we are very pleased. Thank you.

My mother had to move in with us for health reasons. We had to sell her house. We called to cancel service since we sold the home. They told us we had to notify them by March 17, 1025. We listed the house the end of March and sold it in 1 day. The service was scheduled to happen on May 16, 2025 and when we called today to notify of sale they told us we missed the deadline to cancel. Today is April 22, 2025. I told them we no longer owned the home and they wanted to charge us 25% of payment. They said we owned $167.00 for the 25% cancellation. I would not recommend this company. I certainly understand contracts, but when you have a life changing event? Poor service

Still waiting for someone to come back and fix lights from when installers were there. Wasn't happy with crew this time. Not good for your employees to tell homeowners how long they have to do job in.

Do not hire this company to seal your concrete. I feel absolutely ripped off. I paid over $500 to have them seal our drive way and front porch. The guy that showed up finished the entire job in roughly ~30 minutes. After going out to inspect I noticed no difference whatsoever to our concrete. (Still had marks on our driveway and could not tell that it had even been sealed.) Fast forward to the next week we got some heavy rain and I noticed that our driveway was covered in chalky white residue spots all over it from whatever it is they applied to our driveway. For the price that they charged me, I expected a little more resiliency.

I didn’t capture photos of our driveway, but this is what it looks like after watering the plants on our porch. I contacted the company about it and they blamed the soil/plants from the planters seeping residue out on to the porch. (Despite the planters sitting out there for the entire summer not causing these spots prior to them “sealing”.) Not sure what excuse they will come up with regarding the rain causing the same spots on the driveway, though?

Lydia did a very good job. She was courteous, professional, explaining everything she was going to do. Our house looks great. The cleaning got rid of some the mildew that was showing up in various spots around our home.

Couldn’t be happier with everything from start to finish, including the initial call for quote and scheduling. Justin (representative with whom I spoke) was absolutely amazing!!! Extremely knowledgeable and friendly (actually had some good laughs with random stories we were sharing while waiting on the quote). Scheduling was a breeze and quick, and turnaround time was impressive. Installers were also extremely knowledgeable and caring. They let us know what day they would be out, when they were on the way, and even gave periodic updates. Weather was terrible the first day of the install, but they pushed as much as they could until it became a safety risk (completely understandable). They picked right back up and finished the next day!!! The fact that they also remove, store, and install next year is a relief. Overall, I would recommend them to anyone. The looks and smiles on our kiddos faces was worth every penny!! Kudos to Justin and his entire team!!!

We had a bit of flower damage but Rob was very attentive and made it all right. Excellent service and attention to detail. Would definitely use them again to treat moss on the roof and clean stains off shingles.

Stanton did a super job. He was prompt, professional and courteous.
He explained the process and specifics of my concrete cleaning and sealing job. He was very respectful of my property and took care to leave it better than he found it. Stanton was thorough yet efficient in performing and completing the work in a timely manner. He then asked, “How did I do?” I gladly replied, you did Great!
I highly recommend Stanton in particular, and Perfect Power Wash (PPW) in general. I have already referred PPW to 2 friends who have obtained quotes and scheduled service for their driveways.

Professional and beautiful job. Our technician, Rogan, arrived to wash our home and noticed that our driveway, sidewalk, and patio could use a wash too. Our patio previously had moss growing between all the pavers. He got everything done same day and all our surfaces look brand new. Highly recommend!

Javon, did a walk through before he began and pointed out several that we should be aware of and cleaned our very dirty windows and house. It made a big difference. He took before and after pictures, WOW, what a difference. Thank you!
