Breanna was very courteous and professional. And even though I was not home she took the time out to call me and let me know that she also wanted to complete my Garage cleaning. She did a great job she provided advice on stains that were stubborn to remove. She was great and I recommend you provide her opportunity to shine more in your company. Matthew Z was our technician at our 2 story home. He was precise, meticulous and did a terrific job!! He power washed our house, driveway, sidewalk & porch and it looked fabulous when he was done . I would certainly recommend him for any job! So nice to see someone take such pride in there job

Grant was our power washer for the day and he did an excellent job. He worked all day (even when it was raining) on our long driveway and the roof on the Northside of the house. The results are amazing. Grant not only worked hard all day, but he was professional and courteous. We are pleased with the results!

William Kitchen did a great job for me! He checked to make sure my gutters ran to the street and not into my flowerbeds so my flowers would be ok (because of the runoff from the cleaning solution). He walked around the whole house with me before so that I could show him any areas I was concerned about, and then after to make sure I was happy with the job. And, he seemed like a genuinely good guy! I hope I get him again next year!

Kyle did a superior job. He kept me informed upon his arrival and throughout duration of the job! Highly recommend him and Perfect Power Wash. Place looks fantastic! Also good to know he does holiday lights as well.

Zach was fantastic! I am so happy with the job he did! The patio looks brand new again, I love it.

Brandon was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with my roof and the treatment prior to the process. He was diligent and careful around our plants and landscaping which was great. Great experience with PPW and Brandon who represented the company outstandingly. Thank you!

The power washing was a decent job, but nothing to write home about. The team doing the job did seemingly wash some leaves into a corner of our roof and then tried to upcharge us to get rid of the leaves which was comical and we didn’t oblige. We also got our holiday lights from them which were pretty highly priced. Not very satisfied

They did a great job cleaning the house and the back patio (pavers - see pics). Was expecting a call in the morning, but they did not show up until later in the afternoon. The cleaning was fast and efficient. I am very pleased with the results (they got all the moss off the back patio pavers, and the algae build-up on one my steep angle roof sections). The team was very courteous, professional and respectful.

Only 4 Stars. Here are a few things to note that would have pushed to a 5 Star review... your windows will get cleaned, but do not expect them to be crystal clean. I now have water spots on all my windows. Be prepared for some extra work cleaning the spots off your windows. Not sure what, if anything could have been done about that.

Second, I appreciate that they took all the furniture off my patio, but they did not put it back. They just left it scattered across my backyard. Not sure if this is because you have to wait for it to dry... would have been nice to get a quick email or text with post-wash expectations (like my lawn service does after fertilizing).

Lastly, and this is a minor point. I was told I would get a text in the morning when the team was on their way, so I made plans for a morning appointment. They did not text me until after 3:00 pm. However, they did show up promptly after that and got right to work.

Overall: SOLID 4 Stars for service and cleaning; 2 Stars for value. A bit overpriced, but they are safe and effective with the wash and sealer they use. And, they were very efficient. The team was professional and respected me and my home.

Had outdoor lights put up for second year. Lights look great. Process is very easy as lights were put up while we were out of town. Pleased with service.

Company did not schedule ahead of time so I did not have time to prep my property for the work, cleaning products killed several planters (flowers), some windows are clean and some have a sticky residue/ heavily spotted (I think I can clean those so not permanent damage). Exorbitant pricing for what it was. Photo of window trying to show the spotting but hard to show on a photo. I called customer service after but they said they did what they came to do.

Great experience working with entire team at PPE. Samuel did a fantastic job cleaning the house. Before and after photos show how much grime was removed.

I would give all the stars if I could. The two guys that came out were extremely friendly, professional, and did an amazing job! Shout out to Raymond the lead in the job. I'm very happy with the results!

Zachary from Perfect Power Wash did an amazing job power washing our home, front walk and back patio. I didn’t even realize how much of a difference a power wash could make. Highly recommend Zachary!

Kyle was easy to work with, listened to my concerns, and was very accommodating. They were reliable and did a great job for a fair price. It was a great experience.

Perfect Power Wash (PPW) did an outstanding job cleaning and sealing my concrete porch, sidewalks, and driveway. PPW completed the work two days after I contacted them. The phone representative and technician were very professional. The results are PERFECT!

To say we’re unimpressed with Perfect Power Wash would be a complete understatement. Our window and brick beside it were left covered in mud. The window did NOT look like this prior to the cleaning. Random spots on our siding look spotted like the cleaning solution they use was not thoroughly rinsed off. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Honestly, the company should have to come back and rewash our house for free. Completely unacceptable.

Poor communication from beginning, told would be out 7-10 days. Then 42 hours later got a call will be there in 12 minutes. We were not at home. Worker Kevin only did 1/3 of roof, unsure if washed driveway. Left us phone message that would be back to put sealer on since car was in driveway (again we had no idea he was coming). We called on Monday to voice our concerns and informed supervisor would be over on Thursday. Called at noon on Thursday informed not on schedule but someone would be available later that day. Received call at 3:30 informing that someone would be out the following Monday. Worker arrived on Monday, questioned our concerns to the point of calling Kevin to confirm he only did a third of the roof. Work that was finally completed was good-BUT would not recommend this company due to communication and concerns for work that was done had we not been vigilant with our concerns.

Nicholas & crew did an excellent job of power washing my house & my fence! They also, did an amazing job installing my Christmas lights! They were wonderful to work with!
