Just had my home power washed today by Perfect Power Wash and as you can see from the pictures, there was nothing Perfect about this wash. Other than over use of my water, my home is as filthy as ever. I could have power washed it with my hose, done a better and saved $400. Bird poop still on my window, dirty garage, dirty porch, and the list goes on. Run from this company! Their services are no good! Please do not waste your money!

They came to power wash the house. The two areas that I mentioned to them that need extra attention were the front porch and an area by the continuously running vent from the upstairs bathroom. The porch turned out fine but that area around the upstairs vent I can still see 50% of what it used to be. Also, half of my flowers in planters and the beds near the front of the house are dead or damaged. Also, my cushions I had on the chairs in my front porch. It looks like they were bleached. Perfect Power Wash did reimburse me for new cushions and flowers for my planters.

Tech came to power wash our patio. No notification of arrival except text 5 minutes before arrival. Tech did not blow off patio, just washed dirt and all. Blocked drain with dirt and created patio flood. Not at all good service.

Worst experience I have ever had with a company. Technician was the best of the whole ordeal. When I submitted my performance review, I received a follow up call from Gavin, he had me send pictures and then called me after he talked with his boss's. He said, "We do not scrub siding", I replied, "How about just getting up on the ladder you have on the truck for a two story house. How about using two people to do the job, one man doesn't have enough ground support. Communication was terrible from the start, never called to confirm appointment. I should have known then, but I am a person that gives a little room for mistakes. I learned the hard way on this one! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

We love our lights. The process was so simple from beginning to end. They had a mock up of our home sent plus an estimate right over the phone. Even had the option to add more when they got here. Start to finish about 5 days. Even was super friendly.

Love Technicare!! They do such a great and thorough job cleaning our windows every year. They are so friendly and respectful of my home and my dogs. Our windows always look fantastic after the cleanings! They are just great!

The team did a great job with our window cleaning. They were Professional, let us know of a couple of windows that needed repair that they don’t do but gave us recommended vendors and the price was very reasonable. And our windows look Great!!!

Technicare provided great service. The communication back and forth was timely, they provided reminders as the service drew closer, the employees were friendly and efficient and our carpets look amazing. We are very pleased and will definitely contact them again in the future.

We had our custom drapes dry cleaned while still hanging in our home. Matt was very respectful and courteous, and he did a great job cleaning our drapes! I was also impressed with how well he handled our dog and young kids while working. Great experience all around!

We also have recently used Technicare to clean the exterior of our windows and the sill tracks again. Every time, our windows have come out looking spotless! Very happy with the service we receive from this business.

Michael, Caleb and team were absolutely outstanding. We have a new home and the contractor left the windows a horrible mess with paint, tape, stickers, caulking, construction dust etc. over all the windows. I had forgotten what really clean windows were until Technicare came. They cleaned the windows, screens, and sills inside and outside. They had a wonderful attitude which was so refreshing on many levels. Thank you Technicare for letting the sun shine through the windows so we can enjoy our days.

Matt and John are real professionals. They arrived on a timely basis and went right to work. They answered all my questions and did lovely work. Our windows look amazing. They cleaned outside and inside and cleaned the screens as well. We also had a high up chandelier cleaned and it is spotless.

I will recommend you to anyone who needs your services. We have used Technicare numerous times over the last 15 years and have always been completely satisfied by their work.

I couldn’t have been happier with the results of my carpet cleaning with Technicare. They were excellent at communicating all the information. Called ahead and gave me an exact time they would arrive and were courteous and very efficient. I will definitely be using them again.

This company is one of my favorites! They always do a great job - very thorough, very clean and the team is always very professional. Technicare is a safe choice for whatever your home needs.

Second time I hired Technicare for 2 separate services. The first was duct cleaning which was recommended by our furnace technician. I was a bit uncertain as to the value of this service, however, 1 month from the service being provided, the decrease in the amount of dust in the house and my partner’s allergies improving, it was well worth the expense. Most recently we had Technicare clean our windows and screens. I was amazed by the quality of the service and how wonderful it is to have clean windows and almost invisible screens. Great service and professionalism from both crews. Highly recommend!

Update, I just used Technicare to clean carpets and our sectional which included stains from a spilled cup of tea. It looks great as does the carpet. Can’t recommend Technicare enough !

The crew that came to do our window washing was absolutely amazing. Super professional and courteous. They did an awesome job, were respectful of our home and when they left our windows were sparkling clean. They really took great care not to make a mess in our house, too. We have used Technicare before for window washing and duct cleaning. They have always done a great job and I highly recommend them.
