We’ve used Hillsboro Electric for two different projects recently and they were prompt, thorough, and seemed very reasonably priced. I wanted to especially thank Ward, our electrician, for helping us on our latest project. He helped troubleshoot our challenging attic fan situation and definitely went above and beyond! We appreciated his professionalism!!

these guys are amazing! just wanted to say if your looking for a great electrician these guys are it I had lost power to over a third of my home I had tried all the GFI's and tried to reset the breaker with no luck they came out and tracked the problem down in as little as 15 minutes!

They installed the electric for my new house. However, they violated electrical code installing duplex breakers into a panel that doesn't accept them. They refused to remedy the situation because I discovered the code violation too long after the install despite my having photo and video evidence showing it was their company that violated code.

Was awakened this morning by a workman for this company driving van #11 working on the garage below my apartment bedroom. I asked what was being installed. He told me it was none of my business. Claimed I was "a problem". Not civil at all & smokes on our non-smoking property.
This guy is confrontational with residents affected by his work. Will not address questions civilly. A crass character who shouldn't work amongst the public.

I called Dylan regarding couple of outlets that were not working at my house .
Dylan suggested few things for me to try. He said it may just be to reset the outlets.
He said he hates to charge over $100 if it’s just to reset .
He suggested try to locate where the reset outlets and if I can’t locate then call him back!
I found it so I saved some$$$

Requested a proposal, they came out to look at the project. Was told that I would get numbers in 3 to 5 days. Never heard back from them. If this is the service they provide before the project, I shudder to think about service during or after.

All you need to know is the owner Chuck Garner is a man of his word and stands behind his work. Very trustworthy.

Excellent customer service and quick estimate. Very professional and courteous. I will call on them again the next time I am remodeling in the Hillsboro area.

Came out to look at my project and said they'd give me an estimate in 3-4 days. I called a week and a half later to ask about the estimate. I left a message, but they never called back.

I asked them 3 times to come to our house and give us an estimate on a job. They finally came out, did the estimate and then we never heard back from them. They are a joke. Don't waste your time.
