Technician came to perform our regular maintenance service. He was very professional, personable and did a fantastic job ! I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of HVAC services.

Very impressed with this company! Made a call over the weekend and Cory scheduled to come to Mt. Shasta that upcoming Wednesday. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, cleaned & disinfected the mini split, and had it back up & running all within the hour. Thanks for the prompt service, would recommend.

Although my initial appointment over the weekend for Monday was not entered for some reason, Tech made it right and got someone out to fix the issue. service tech that came out to address an issue with the HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable and took the time explained the steps he was taking to fix the issue. Upon wrapping up he also recommended a few things to help maintain and healthy system.

It’s a shame the scale only goes up to 5 stars. This company was fantastic to deal with. Showed well within the appointment window. The crew, which included the owner, were polite, dedicated, professional, competent, very personable, and outgoing. No hidden fees or up charging of any kind. The cleaning was completed efficiently and with no mess or damage. The entire process from scheduling to notifications to the work being completed was nothing short of ideal. I have already placed a reminder on my calendar to call them back for service. No one else will ever touch my vents for as long as these guys are in business. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Moore Than Air was great to work with. During the 2022 summer heat wave our ac system went completely down on a Friday. They came the same day to diagnose the problem. The system was completely replaced on Monday. They followed through with everything they said they would do. I highly recommend them.

This is a local small business run by a father and son. They are GREAT people and really know they’re stuff. They’re honest and genuinely want to save you money. I had an a/c problem and they were at my house within hours, literally. The OWNER was at my door within hours. I am switching from one of the big companies to these guys for good.

Of course I requested Barry the best Ac technician. He was courteous, efficient & so polite as always. Now ya'll ask for Barry & i promise you won't be disappointed take my word

Colt was on time, professional, knowledgeable and especially patient answering all my questions. Performed a spring check on my HVAC system and thoroughly cleaned my condenser. Super nice guy and will definitely let all my friends and family know what a great company he has.

These guys father and son are amazing it’s a real breath of fresh air to know that I can call on a fantastic Hvac Family owned honest company. Moore then air will get the job done right it was a pleasure to meet Barry very professional prompt knowledgeable plus his confidence with a great personality that’s exactly what Moore then air is. I will be recommending them to all who is in need of great hvac work from start to finish the complete communication was top notch it was 80 in my house now we’re at 72 perfect room temps all vents blowing at full blast if you want the job done right call Moore then air you can’t beat them and price was very fair and honest My wife and I are so impressed with Moore then air.

They put the unit in but it still does not cool two rooms that they said would cool when they are finished. They said I needed installation in one spot that I added the rooms still are about 7 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. They came back out and did a pressure test said the duct was not big enough in one room still waiting for them to call back. For what was paid it should be cooling the whole house. It wad made very clear that I wanted the whole house to cool in the summer and be warm in the winter. The old unit cooled like this and they said the bigger unit would do better.

Our heat was not working and we have a sick baby at home. Barry arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday, and repaired our system. 10/10 would recommend, they are great!

Bary Moore is a Good Man. Hey worked really hard in such a cold weather to replace my condenser’s pressure sensors. He is intelligent smart and did a great job. I’ll highly recommend him for HVAC service.

Barry is an amazing person. I know him for a long time and is a very hard working man. I believe he worked for a professional company for almost 20 years until recently he started his own business with his Son. I’am so glad for everything god has placed for him.There might be a lot of people who can just do the job but someone honest and who loves what he does is a rare. He has never disappointed us and repairs are always beyond expectations. Try them out I doubt you will ever be disappointed.

Barry did a awesome job and fixed the issue I was having with my system not getting cold like it should. Barry also explained what I should do in the future, answered my questions, and how to save money. Barry didn't give me any upsale pitch or try to replace my hvac system like others have tried. I recommend Barry and Moore than air for sure.
