Wow! We have had issues with our ac in the summer for two years now. Multiple companies have come out, looked at the unit, said "well, it should work fine!" Then took their service call fee and left, while it still blows 90° in our house every afternoon. Eventually we decided that maybe it was because we have no insulation in our attic so I've been getting quotes for that service. This is what I set up an appointment for. I reached out in the morning and Barry was at our house at 3 pm the same day. We sat down and I explained what has been happening and why we wanted insulation. Barry could have given us a quote for insulation, scheduled the job, and moved on. Instead, he decided to figure out what was happening with our ac. He spent a few hours up and down, inside and outside, testing, looking, and SOLVING our problem! I cannot express how it feels to finally have someone committed to fixing this, and it wasn't even the true reason why he came out. Barry was so kind and personable. He listened to us and explained everything as it was discovered, and we made a plan for a long term fix. We felt really well taken care of. Thank you so much Barry!! We will definitely be using Moore Than Air for anything we need in the future.

The team did a great job today adding more insulation to my attic and getting an easy start installed on my unit outside. Was pulling 125 amps on startup and now only pulling 5 amps! Also flushed out my unit with ac renew to get it performing better. Very professional and explained everything in great detail through the whole process. Definitely will use them again for my ac needs.

Barry was absolutely amazing! He was able to come up the same day I called and looked through our house and fixed everything that our inspector and others missed. Quick, kind, knowledgeable, funny , trustworthy, and informative is how I'd best describe him.

He explained what was wrong, what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how. Which a lot of companies will not do even if you ask. We were very impressed and will be reaching out to them the next time we need any servicing.

Moore Than Air was honest in explaining the issues that our Air Conditioner was experiencing. I was treated with professional courtesy and respect and they showed up in a timely manner in less than 6 hours from my initial first call today.

These guys are the best! Barry is the ultimate repairman and great at troubleshooting issues (due to his extensive experience) as well as fine tuning the overall health of your system. He worked on our old unit multiple times and bailed us out of a bad situation on short notice. When the unit ultimately failed, they were super prompt about getting us on the schedule for a replacement (within two days). Colt was very knowledgeable and laid out our options and the pros and cons without pressuring us. The pricing was very reasonable. They went above and beyond in ensuring the installation was perfect. Now our house is cool and we're set for life with a great company to support any future HVAC needs. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else - just give Moore Than Air a call.

I highly recommend this company. I would give them 10 stars if I could. They educated us on maintenance so we can get many more years of service, no one has ever done that before. The other company said it needed replacement because I don’t think they knew what to do. Barry took the time to fix it and we are so grateful. There aren’t many true technicians out there anymore. If I could give them 10 stars I would. I highly recommend these gentlemen they were awesome. They were very thorough and explained everything to me so I understood what was going on. They made every attempt to research the shoddy work and install a previous HVAC person did in order to let me know what to expect repair wise. Moving forward they will be my first call for any HVAC related issues
