We've been using Barry for the past 15 years and would not think of using another service. Barry has always been knowledgeable, dependable and explains the services being provided so you can easily understand what is being done. We will definitely be using Moore Than Air in the future and let all our friends and neighbors know about the exceptional service received.

They were very responsive when we reached out about our A/C unit. It was over 80° in our house and we needed someone to take a look stat! They came within their timeframe and diagnosed and fixed the issue quickly. Our technician, Barry, was super friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend hiring this company for your A/C needs.

Barry has serviced our system twice. In both cases, he was very cordial and thorough. I highly recommend Moore Than Air. Their prices are very fair.

The fuel valve on my central heat went out and Barry fixed it within hours of my initial contact. He tested the unit for gas leaks and showed me the temperature difference between the air going in/out which confirmed the rest of my system works well. Fair price, fast/professional service. I couldn't ask for better!

Barry from Moore than Air did a great job diagnosing our heater problem, short notice on a Saturday, and fixing it the same day. He, also, found another issue that was under warranty and came back to repair it the following Monday. The company is very professional about fees and services.

Barry was wonderful! Another company tried to tell me I needed nearly $7000 in repairs so Barry came out to give me a second opinion and was able to fix the issue for about $800. My neighbor referred me to him and I’m so glad he did because there are a lot of dishonest HVAC people out there but Barry is one of the good ones!

These guys are wonderful! My condenser suddenly stopped working Friday early evening. Colt and Barry came out late Friday evening (the same day) for us and determined the compressor blew. They took their time in explaining to me what happened and even showed me exactly where the failure was. They weren’t too pushy in trying to get me to get an entirely new AC system even though they advised me I need it. They were very accommodating and came out first thing the very next morning to have the condenser installed before my daughter’s birthday party. They did a fantastic job and even followed up a week later to check the system and ensure everything was working properly. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use these guys for future services.

Barry was fantastic in his diagnostics of my Heating and Air conditioning system. His simple process of elimination made sense of exactly what he was doing the entire time from Freon charging pressures to electrical issues. I pride myself on trying to find good and down to earth people that are looking out for others and find a passion in what they do. They were able to take 15 year old system and make it perform like it was brand new. I could keep going on to say more good things about this company but I would run out of space. Thank you Barry and Colton for provide wonderful honest service to myself and the community.

Moore Than Air is the BEST AC/Heat repair company I've ever used, across 3 cities and numerous properties.

We reached out to them on Thumbtack on Sunday, and I fully expected to not hear back until Monday, BUT, before I could put my phone down, the son was calling me.

From the very first word I knew we'd found our new repair company. This father and son duo was polite, compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient with all of my families questions.

Barry (Master Technician) had to drive to Carrollton to get parts for our system, and when I asked if he was sure because of how far it was and how cold it was he simply said to me "I don't want your family to be cold tonight, I'll see you in an hour". He and his son really care.

So if you need work done, I'd definitely, 100%, bet my salary on these guys!

I called 4 AC repair places, they all swore I needed to replace my entire system for $9K. Moore Than Air was the only one to actually be curious and care about me. They looked at my system and told me they thought they could get it working.

They didn't schedule a follow up, didn't quote me for an arm in a leg, they just immediately got to working. They, under 20 minutes, got the biggest issue resolved. They then cleaned my outside coil, and finally fixed a leaky air duct. In all, they were here 2 hours. They monitored to make sure my air was blowing cool.

It's so rare to find a family owned business and longer. It's incredibly rare in this industry to have the sales guy capable of pulling up their sleeves and fixing the issue.

Barry came out to my appointment to take a look at some duct work that was exposed due to some renovations. Barry was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. He walked me through my options and directed me to a solution that relocated my vent/duct in a way that which ultimately saved me time and money $$$. I can't thank Barry or recommended him highly enough! If your looking for an honest, kind and knowledgeable HVAC expert, look no further than Moore Than Air. They are my first call moving forward. Our AC unit was leaking all over our hardware floors. Barry was here within 2 hours and fixed the problem and helped us troubleshoot future problems. As always, he was friendly and polite. A great guy!

I wish I could give this company 10 stars! Colt was absolutely amazing and walked me through a quick/easy fix for something that another company was almost charging $1900 to replace parts that were functioning perfectly fine and still under their manufacturer warranty on top of everything. Regardless of cost, Moore Than Air is all about taking care of the customer and providing thorough, experienced, and most importantly HONEST service. I will continue to use this company for anything and everything Heat/AC related and recommend them to ANYONE! Could not be more thankful for their amazing work! Colt is AWESOME!!!!

This is the second time we used this company and they were amazing both times. First time when we had a bad snow storm and our heating was out 20 degrees in our home. They came out immediately on a weekend fixed it and they saved us from freezing. The gentleman name was Colton very professional kind and knowledgeable. I will continue to use this company for all my heat and air needs. Now second time they came out Mr Barry was also amazing he knew exactly what we needed got right on it and in no time we were back up and running. We were also with out heat and it was a Sunday. We had an appointment for that Monday but once I told them we were frozen with no heat they came out immediately. Mr Barry was knowledgeable kind and courteous. Again I can’t say it enough this company saved us 2x and we will continue to use them.

Barry was a consummate professional. He called to tell me he was stuck at the job before mine and would arrive later than expected, and I appreciate when someone keeps me apprised of their status. While he was at my house, he was courteous, went about his work efficiently, explained everything he was doing before he did it, and assured me everything was running fine, after some other company told me I needed an expensive repair done. I appreciated Barry's integrity, professionalism and courtesy. This company will get my business again!

Moore than air provided us with EXCELLENT service they came same day and got my heat working after a different company came earlier in the day claiming it couldn’t be fixed and I’d need to pay 21,000 dollars. They were diligent and honest did great work and checked everything for us. The other company was just out for money told a lot of lies but not Moore than Air. We will be life time customers! Excellent service at a very fair price.

Update we used Moore than air again! Our AC went out I sent a message at 2:30 AM and they were here to fix it by 9:00 AM ! Took less than 30 minutes and was super fairly priced! We are lifetime customers! Barry is awesome!

Barry was awesome! He not only fixed the problem with my air handler but also went over and beyond to provide me with maintenance tips that will make my HVAC system more efficient! Barry believes in great customer service and support, is reasonable and I would recommend his company for your HVAC needs.

I’ve had to have them service my HVAC twice now and both times my wife and I had an amazing experience. Both Barry and Colt went out of there to quickly make sure we were taken care of. Would highly recommend working with them.

Nothing can compare to the over and above quality of service I’ve received from Moore Than Air. I can’t remember ever seeing anyone make such effort to insure that I was 100% happy. I would say I’m closer to 200% happy. Everything they’ve ever repaired was flawless with not one repeat issue. I also appreciate their helpful & caring recommendations. Never any pushy upselling.
