  I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and quality of work done for us by Rain Pros! Our home has a finished basement which has had flooding issues yearly during the rainy winter months over the past 5 years. I only wish I'd reached out to this company sooner to get this awful issue resolved. Riley came out and surveyed the exterior and interior where we have had the flooding issues, and created an estimate which clearly explained his proposed solution within mere days. Rather than simply installing a sump, their company offers a more complete approach to diverting water from the foundation. They dug out to the base of our foundation along both walls where the flooding was occurring, treated the foundation with a non-permeable coating and applied cladding, installed a sloped drain pipe surrounded with drainage rock which directs runoff water to the onsite sump pump (accessible in a covered cylinder which makes any maintenance possible), and put in an overflow drain from the sump to our existing greywater drain. Their crews hand-dug everything, and worked carefully around our home - I was very impressed with their efficient and thorough work. Their retrofit along our foundation walls has completely solved our flooding issues, and brought a huge relief from the misery of dealing with cleaning and drying out our home after every heavy downpour.   We had an underground irrigation system installed by Rain Pros. Riley is a very knowledgeable and considerate guy, he explained the work involved very clearly. The installation crew did a great job as well and they were very respectful of our property. There was a bit of a hiccup during execution where they couldn't find a water line in crawl space to tie, so that meant additional work. But they took responsibility and charged a nominal amount for extra work. I just had the spring tune up done with them 3 weeks after installation - everything is working fine. Their servicing package is a bit expensive but that's the only way to avail warranty. Overall I am pretty satisfied with their work.

  We are Rita & Karl we live in Burien, WA. We have owned an insurance agency for the past 40 years. We work with contractors on a regular basis. We own a two-story house that we use for rental income. Our tenants called us and told us that the lower-level unit had an inch of water on the floor through the entire unit. This pushed us into panic mode we knew what we were Infor loss of income, finding the proper company to address the issue and a lot of time. As insurance agents we knew that this expense would be out of our pockets because ground water entering your property is not covered in your policy. We had no idea of the cost or time frame to fix the problem. So, we turned to our old friend Google. We called up four different companies who specialize in restoration. They each came out and gave us a bid. Each company told us that they would have to come inside and tear out the entire walls 4FT high and dig a trench around 50% of the house. This didn't make common sense to us. We reached out to a realtor that we know, and she shared how she had used Rain Pros over two years ago and has had water issues. Arron Norman came out and assessed the issue. He shared they would put the trench on the outside of the house not inside. I shared that four other companies said inside the house is the best way to go. Arron said that's because they are lazy and they don't have a crew that they can depend on to work outside all year round. From the time we signed the contract the work was done within 6 days. The crew that worked on our property were professional.   We recently purchased a house and soon discovered an issue with flooding in the crawlspace. Given that the house was built in 1959, the original underground drainage system, consisting of concrete tile, was clogged with dirt, causing water to seep into the crawlspace. Our first call was to Northwest Crawlspace, who recommended Rain Pros for a new underground drainage system. Joel from Rain Pros visited us, demonstrating extensive knowledge and genuine kindness without any pressure to make a sale. He was calm, professional, and attentively listened to our concerns. With nine downspouts across two buildings, many surrounded by concrete, this was no simple job. Rain Pros provided a quote that was surprisingly lower than our expectations. Despite the positive feedback we heard about Northwest Crawlspace and their recommendation, we decided to obtain two additional quotes to ensure we were getting a fair price. One company quoted nearly double, and another was about 80% higher but missed several items in their estimate. We chose Rain Pros, and when Lucio and his crew arrived, their friendliness and professionalism were immediately evident. They maintained an organized and tidy work environment throughout the project, allowing me to inspect their progress freely. They protected our windows, walls, and bushes while cutting concrete and used drop materials when digging. During the final walk-through, I was amazed at how meticulously they replaced the sod on our lawn, leveled the dirt near our foundation, and poured level concrete over the cut areas, making it almost unnoticeable that they installed nearly 300 feet of PVC pipe.   The team at Rain Pros did a fabulous job putting in our new sprinkler system. Throughout the entire process they provided excellent customer service. Riley was excellent at explaining the process and laid out a great system design. Marcus and the team were fantastic in laying down all the lines and did a great job of carefully caring for all of my plants. The team completed the job a 1/2 day early.   Rain Pros Team was on time, responsive, helpful, and careful around my mature plants as they installed sprinklers. Their follow up service was kind and quick. They answered texts and calls and wanted to be sure I was completely satisfied with the results and understood how to run my new system. They gave us a free hour of drain inspection as well. These guys are working hard to do it right! Highly recommend!
