Had an excellent experience with a toilet repair today. Ben showed up right on time and after short talk about the job he went right to work. I appreciated the care he took in covering the tile floor before started to work. He fully answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ben's plumbing!

Exceptionally professional services from Ben’s Plumbing Heating and Air. Two issues were resolved in two separate visits. They are not cheap, 1st visit is $350 for the 1st hour of work and then $60 for every 15 min of work. A follow up visit is just hourly rate of $240 in 15 min increments. Totally worth it. Scheduler Michelle picked up the phone every time I called, so no need to leave a message and then to follow when nobody calls you back like in some other companies. Both visits were scheduled for the following 24 to 48 hrs, no schedule hiccups. Nolan and Brian worked really hard, nonstop for several hours, showed up in time, had special tools and extra hardware in their van. They do know their stuff. You can find cheaper folks, but as a homeowner and also a landlord, I do appreciate professionalism, honesty and commitment to quality and time more than potential to save a couple hundreds. Will use their services again.
