I had a rodent problem in the attic of my house & I needed the droppings cleaned out after pest control got rid of the rodents. Matt and his whole team from start to finish were very professional. They gave me a very competitive quote for the service, the technicians showed up on time and completed the job within the quoted 8 hour window! I am very satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs rodent proofing, attic clean outs & new insulation.

I called Crawlspace Clean after seeing their positive reviews on the web. After the recent heavy rains, I had them come out for an inspection of my crawlspace.

The owner and the inspector both were extremely professional start to finish. After the complimentary inspection, they said they found our crawlspace was not in need of the crawlspace moisture barrier I was considering.

These guys charged huge amount of money for basically cleaning rat poop and putting a solution that they are refusing to guarantee. Do not waste your money on them. Within less than 1 year, rats are back.

Great salesmanship but they will damage your home and charge you for it while not honoring their work. They don’t understand what they are doing but act like they do and it’s deeply unethical behavior.

Even the workers needed to be managed in order to get the work promised out of them.

I highly recommend them. The whole process was efficient, timely, and effective. There was one minor flaw. They did not let me know that they higher a 3rd party to perform part of the project. No big deal once it got sorted out.

Crawlspace Clean took on a 3 day project in my home that involved hauling, cleaning and disinfecting the crawlspace in my garage. In addition they cleaned, disposed of old insulation and installed new insulation in two attics. The company (managers and supervisors)is very organized, communicates well and responds to inquiries immediately. The team that worked in my home was organized, respectful and explained the process. The Crawlspace Clean team was efficient and did a fine job of eradicating a rodent infestation in a crawlspace under my house and in the attic. They communicated well and replaced attic insulation with the code appropriate fiberglass insulation. The whole team was efficient and quite pleasant to deal with.

Discovered some surprise trapped moisture and water damage in our tiny attic so Trevor came out to take a look. Ended up being a much bigger issue but Trevor was up front that it would probably be better fixed with a new roof and didn't charge me for his time and walked me through the issues and the best solutions. If I ever have any other crawlspace or attic issue will definitely call them first!
