We had pin hole leak in a pipe behind the wall where our water heater sites. The leak was not noticed for several days if not weeks resulting in black mold. Once I contacted ServPro, they were on-site quickly to evaluate the situation. Within a few days we had a team out to remove the damaged drywall and wood as well as set up the equipment to get everything dried out. The team was courteous, very professional, and did their part in a larger effort to make sure my family and I would be able to enjoy the holidays at home. Thanks!

Servpro handled an extremely difficult situation in a government occupied building in the East Bay. They were responsive, price competitive and handled the situation with the highest standards. When there were problems with our insurance company and things WE made mistakes on Servpro was patient with us and handled the entire situation with grace and utter professionalism. Servepro came out for an inspection of my wet crawl space due to a water leak. They inspected it and told me that with the summer heat and adequate airflow, it would dry out no problem. They didn't try to up-sell me. They were honest and fair, and the customer service was excellent! Highly recommended

I have used Pleasanton Servpro several times now for plumbing issues. If you have hard water then you know all the pipe problems you can have and the damage. Their entire crew is professional and courteous at what they do. A fleet of trucks and equipment they got my house issues solved promptly. If you have water damage and more, these are the guys you want to call without hesitation.

What a good experience. We had a leak from a water line upstairs into our kitchen downstairs. It had been going on for a while, but some recent work had make the leaknoticeable. Carlos came out to the house. He showed me the difference between dirt and mold. There was no mold. He spent an hour or so with me. He explained how I could easily I could fix the damage myself and save 3-4k. No charge for his time. Impressive costumer service. I will call them 1st if I need similar service in the future.

Carlos and his team are great and have gone above and beyond in performing their work. They are professional and have high business ethics. Throughout the process, they were excellent in explaining to me the cleaning and restoration process, and drying the wet area with minimal damage. At the end of the job, they have also done a final round of checks to my satisfaction.

We had a water issue in our house and we called Carlos (from Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin) and he agreed to come immediately (Sunday). He looked at the job and explained how will he remove the water and how long it will take. Since its weekend so charges were more than normal which i believe was a fair ask.
Carlos and his colleague finished the job on time and later on John Ron also joined them to help. John also came out after few days to take a look and confirmed everything looks fine and its all back to normal.
I like their professionalism, punctuality and friendliness, Would highly recommend them anytime !
