Farmers insurance sent ServPro over to my house to assess a leak issue / water damage issue.

Very professional team! Right from the first appointment, they provided us with a good overview of the situation, the actions they took, the next steps, estimates on when the problem could be resolved and patiently answered all the questions we had.

The appointments and schedules were managed over text messaging. Their notification system alerted me to their ETA for every single appointment. They reached within the time window every single time.

I flooded my laundry sink at 10:30pm. Called Carlos, and he was at my house in 30 minutes. He started assessing the damage, taking pictures, and setting up fans to start drying up my laundry room and garage. He was able to mitigate the damage with his quick response. His whole team were so respectful and courteous and on time. Servpro Pleasanton/Dublin are the people to call in this type of situation! They made a stressful situation into a bearable one!

I live in a condo, on the ground floor. During the last major rainstorm, water was coming in through the ceiling from around the upstairs neighbors fireplace due to loose flashing.
My HOA contacted SERVPRO Pleasanton/Dublin to come and check out the situation. Carlos arrived with a dehumidifier and an air purifier to pull the moisture from my home and prevent any mold growth.
After two weeks the moisture readings were back to normal.
I’m very impressed with the quick, efficient service that Carlos provided. He explained things as he worked and made the whole experience much more tolerable.

We woke up to 2.5 inches of water on our first floor, there was water spilling out of the front, back, and garage doors. After the initial shock wore off we spent the next 2.5 hours getting the water out. After calling our insurance company Servpro came out and we are so happy they did. More specifically Carlos and Victoria came out and they were amazing from start to finish. They walked us through the process of remediation and let us know what to expect. It was a comfort to have them working with us. They were extremely efficient and got the fans and dehumidifiers setup that day. Over the next 2 weeks they were constantly checking in on us and made sure that any questions we had they answered or helped us find the answer. Once the bid was solidified, Eric and his team were very responsive, on time, and accommodated all last-minute requests I added to the project's scope with great precision. When we hit a setback, the issue was quickly addressed, and everything continued as planned.

We contracted Steadfast construction to do dry rot repairs on our home which was being sold. Despite a difficult pest inspector that insisted more work kept needing to be done than originally planned, SC accommodated a very tight timeline schedule. Their carpenters were creative, talented and their work highly professional. This is the second time we used them. I’d recommend this company to anyone looking for a general contractor they can trust to do a great job

A wonderful experience working with Steadfast. Professional, work very neat, great teams. Rich Jones, Operations Manager is very attentive & a gentleman to work with. Team #1 Pablo & Guillermo did a great job on my ceiling from water damage! They were friendly & courteous and delivered great workmanship! The large ceiling repair is now complete with Team#2 doing a beautiful seamless job of drywall & painting. Again, great workmanship! They worked very neat & a delight to work with! Thank you all!

They did a great job to restore my storage room, all done in one day visit. Ramon came as scheduled in timely manner. Clean up place clean after the work was completed. Only one call out - it took so long to schedule the work (one month). But I guess they do the good jobs that is why so busy, long list of clients.

I had water damage in my condo unit due to a leak in the unit above. New washer and dryer machines were incorrectly installed. Eric and the team at Steadfast got to work extremely quickly and kept me informed of repairs regularly (Calls, texts, pictures/videos of progress) They even gave me a heads up on some of the obstacles I would have with my insurance. I recently had multiple plumbing issues in my unit, and our HOA had Steadfast come in and take care of the drywall removal and repair. I was extremely pleased with the whole team: Rich, Brian, Hiram, Chris, and Daniel. The repair work was of excellent quality and everyone tried their best to make the process as painless for me as possible. They did have to reschedule at the last minute one time, but there was always clear and honest communication, and I truly feel that they have gone above and beyond in every way. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Steadfast Construction. They helped me restore my residence after my roof leaked and there was significant water damage on the inside my house.

They were responsive, punctual, clean, and they did everything they said they would do. They came out and provided a free estimate for the work and when I hired them, they didn't charge me a penny more.

We had a hot water pipe leak in our kitchen, with water soaking our ceiling and two adjacent walls. Steadfast quickly cut open our ceiling and removed cabinets and tiles of both wall, to dry out so we can reconstruct our kitchen back.
The team is friendly and efficient, and respectful of our home.

Team been working to restore our kitchen, various cabinets been rebuilt and installed, new tiles floor laid today. Very good workmanships. Thanks!

Latest update-
After over three months, our kitchen restoration is finally completed. Time for drying out the walls and ceiling, rebuilding and installing half of our cabinets, new tiles and floors, reinstalling the dish washer, all work completed. The crews were all professional and friendly, only issue is their schedule is tight, as they have many projects, so patience is important. Addison who is main contact and scheduling, is very responsive.

We finally have our kitchen back, and the leak gave us a chance to upgrade the floor and walls, with a much more modern look,

Steadfast is THE BEST!!!! A different construction company was doing repairs outside my condo and broke my sliding glass door! They did an unsatisfactory temporary repair leaving my home unsecured. The HOA called Steadfast after I got home from work and discovered the problem. Steadfast came through with a late evening emergency repair making my home safe again. The guys were really nice. I really appreciate them coming out so that I may sleep safely. Thanks Steadfast so very much!!!!
