Carlos has received dozens of calls from me in which I spew out all kinds of important information about a loss and, like a sponge, he soaks it all up and gets the work done. Carlos actively pushes out updates to me and is always concerned about getting the best solution both for me and my clients. He's truly exceptional! ServePro's owners, the Rutherfords, have an HOA background, previously having owned a management company, and that important knowledge shows through when dealing with my clients. This group's prices are always fair and their reporting is so complete that I'm very pleasantly surprised, every time, by the accuracy and thoroughness. The staff at Pleasanton/Dublin are outstanding. They were very thorough, listened to us, and gave us options for the leak in our ceiling. The work was done quickly and we are really happy that we picked them for our water repairs.

Just wanted to jump on and give a huge shoutout to Servpro of Pleasanton and Dublin. We realized we had a huge water leak in our kitchen Friday around 5:00 and called them not knowing what to do. They came right out. We wanted to do our own repairs and Carlos walked us through exactly what he would do even after realizing it wasn't going to be a job for them. He truly cared and went above and beyond for us. They are knowledgeable and professional. We are so thankful for them! He even offered to help give us advice while we do our repairs. 5 STARS - from the beginning Carlos and his team responded swiftly as early as 5am, and even worked afterhours on some nights to accomodate our work schedules. Carlos volunteered to work even on Thanksgiving day to make sure the diagnostics and repair could be expedited. Communication was excellent and professional. He and his team were very kind, courteous, and respectful to our situation and assured us that we would be taken care of. I highly recommend Servpro to anyone.

Last week, one of ServePro’s technicians, Carlos, came to assess some water damage in my home on a very short notice, gave a thorough assessment and turned around the report of the overall situation within a day.
This was a pleasant experience and I am very thankful.

I called Servpro at about 7pm the night that my family and I came home from an overnight staycation. In less than 24 hours, my bathroom sink pipe broke and flooded my entire one story house, every single room.

Carlos and his team came out that night and worked till about 1130 to get the process started. If not for starting that evening, the damage could have been much worse I could only imagine.

His team worked for the next 2 weeks to dry out the house, test for mold, and continued to work while the packing company did their thing to get our things out of the house. They didn’t waste time.

Carlos was responsive with each text, email, and call. He had a quick turnaround with each request and follow up I had. I highly recommend Carlos and his team for any work or emergency you may have.

Servpro mitigated garage contamination from a lithium battery fire from our car. They did a great job and worked around our difficult schedule waiting for Volvo to take responsibility. Carlos was very responsive and his guys did a great job eliminating any trace of the soot.

Jonathan R came to our residence to assess mold buildup on one of our window frames. He was polite and professional and made recommendations on how to remediate it on our own. Fortunately after using a scanner there isn't significant damage and we can handle it ourselves. He even provided us with some complimentary anti-mold spray for this complimentary visit :)

We were able to get a next day appointment with Carlos to assess a wall that keeps getting mold. He arrived on time and thoroughly assessed the situation and provided steps we could do to mitigate the situation. He did not try and sell us on additional services that we didn't need and was very polite and professional throughout the visit. We highly recommend Servpro if you need help with mold in your home.

Servpro assistant with my water claim. However, they really ended taking ownership and ensuring that everything was handled correctly, completely and efficiently. Carlos and his father Carlos Sr were very accommodating and with Armando’s help everything was done to our satisfaction. We have FIVE dogs, and it didn’t phase the team at all, they were respectful and kind. Add the fact that they had great oldies music playing in the background made an unpleasant situation much more bearable. Hopefully I would never need to see them again, but if anything else were to happen Carlos would be my first call!

This team led by Carlos Olguin did a one-week Demo at a townhome I am a tenant in. In San Mateo, CA. From moment one, day 1, Carlos was an exceptional worker, was careful but worked fast, led his team, was courteous at all times, answered all questions, but did not get distracted from his work. A true professional!!

SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin did an excellent job cleaning up and drying out water damage I had from an upstairs toilet clog. The water damaged the flooring, wall, and baseboard in the bathroom as well as the ceiling and a wall in my family room downstairs.

Carlos talked to me over the phone on Saturday, Armando from the SERVPRO team came out for the initial inspection and to setup up fans, dehumidifiers, and air scrubbers on Monday, and Carlos Sr and team came back on Tuesday to tear out the damaged materials, check for mold, and set up a containment area.

The entire SERVPRO team was extremely contentious about making sure that my house was taken care of during the process. They cut only what needed to be removed for a thorough inspection and drying out of my ceiling. A plastic containment room was constructed from ceiling to floor in order to limit the spread of debris and dry out the area, and they came back daily to check on the progress. When everything was dried out several days later, the SERVPRO team removed all traces of their presence, leaving things clean, moisture free and ready for reconstruction.

I would not hesitate to call the SERVPRO of Pleasanton/Dublin location again. They provided a detailed estimate for all work, worked with me while I tried to determine if my insurance would cover the damage (they didn't), and responded quickly whenever I contacted them either by phone or by text with questions. I highly recommend their services. I really hope that I don't need them again, but it's nice to know that they're there if I do.

We had a leak in the 2nd floor that caused damage to our walls and ceiling tiles. Carlos was incredibly responsive and made it out to the sight promptly. He and his team (Armando, Sr and Hector) proceeded to work efficiently and got my place back in order and I was so grateful for them.
