My husband & I saw some roofs getting re-done in the neighborhood and it really peaked our interest, so we talked to our neighbors. After chatting with friends and doing our own online research, we landed on Randall & Son. Their rep, Evan, did a great job of coordinating everything between us, RNS, and our insurance provider. He was very communicative and the process was seamless. We are very satisfied with the end result and happy with our new roof.

We had the pleasure of working with this company in the summer of 2023, and just submitted our final payment. We were able to get both our roof and siding re done all with insurance money. They work directly with the insurance carrier, and once you get approved, your insuring company will send you checks to pay. Evan, who was our project manager, was also great. We really appreciated the quality of work that was done, and the way we were treated by all members of the company that we came into contact with. Excellent job guys

Excellent experience with Randall and Son. Noticed them doing work in our subdivision after a spring storm caused a lot of hail damage. We observed Randall’s worksites were very orderly and their crews went to great effort to protect the houses. Our neighbors spoke highly of their work, and mentioned how Randall’s rep Jordan was very helpful. We contacted Jordan and weren’t disappointed! Jordan has super communication skills, knows the approval process, and was very responsive with all the issues that inevitably come up with such a large project. Back in 2023 we had several roofing contractors knocking on our door after a hail storm affected our neighborhood in Wheaton. After speaking with Evan, we did a bit of research on the company and were very happy to see lots of very positive reviews, so we signed on with him and filed a homeowners claim on our roof. Evan had explained that our insurance carrier, State Farm, can be one of the harder ones, but that we did have a fair chance of getting approved. My wife and I appreciated his honesty, as we were getting the impression that some other contractors were over promising and making it seem like it was a guaranteed approval. The works Randall & Son did was also excellent, were overall very happy.

If it would be possible to give these guys 6 stars, I would do so. Jason and his team at Randall and sons went above and beyond to make sure my home was taken care of and protected. Last December my living room started leaking water due to a melting ice dam on my roof. I called the people who installed my roof hoping they would help me with the issue. They did nothing. After calling several roofing professionals, Jason at Randall and sons was THE ONLY person to come and fix the issue. When it came time to contact my insurance provider, once again, Jason was on the case making sure that the insurance adjuster was aware of the issues. His team was simply top notch from start to finish. Honest, dependable, and ready to go to work. They care about the details. I simply could not have asked for more. Around a year or so ago, we had to get our roof fixed and called Randall and Son Roofing for help. They worked really well together and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way.
