Randall and Son replaced my roof after hail damage. They made the process easy and the work was done in a very timely manner. I was very happy with my new roof. Jordan Smith was great to work with. He communicated well with my insurance company and was always available to keep me updated on what was going on.

I'm so happy we had Randall and Son do our roof after hail damage. Jen was quick to respond to all of our questions. They worked with our insurance company so I didn't have to hassle with them. Everyone was very professional. The men protected our house and my flowers while they worked. They cleaned everything up afterwards. I would highly recommend them. Excellent job Randall and Son.

After extensive searching we came across Randall and Son offering roofing services for a reasonable quote and quality work. My parents needed their entire roof replaced on their house and shed. Evan was assigned to our project and brought our vision to life in a timely fashion. Randall and Sons did a terrific job start to finish with our roof and gutters. Jen came out and was patient with all my questions. There were enough samples to choose from without being overwhelming. They completed the job in a day. The next day they returned and made sure everything was perfectly cleaned up. We’ve had a few things come up since the completion of the project, and they have been back to make the proper adjustments. Thank you for an excellent experience and a job well done! Had an issue with my roof back in late fall, I took my business to Randall and Son, the gentleman Jason helped me and my wife out with any questions we had regarding getting the roof repaired. He displayed a great deal of poise and professionalism while we bombarded him with questions regarding the repair and the process. Highly recommend Randall and Son, as well as working with Jason. High quality work from a high quality company.

Was referred to RNS by a family member for my hail damage I had on my home. I worked with Leo and he assisted in the insurance claim process for my roof damage and took a huge burden of dealing with our insurance company. They got the job approved quickly and scheduled in a timely matter. RNS came out and replaced our roof on both our home and detached garage in one day! When the job was said and done, they left the outside impeccably clean and came back the next day to gather any remaining materials and one final spot check of the outside for any debris. Our roof came out beautiful. Great selection of shingle and colors to choose from.Leo and everyone at RNS was easy and great to deal with. Thoroughness and guarantee with their work!

Jason and his team worked so well and efficiently. On top of that, the communication was very clear and I was never left waiting for an answer. Randall & Son are amazing!! We had some pretty noticeable hail damage after that bad storm a couple of months ago and my mom and dad had reached out through Randall & Son and a super cool, nice, and respectful man named Evan assessed our damage and went through the whole process (my father is very particular so Evan definitely went above and beyond) for us and explained everything very simply. He made a not very good ordeal into quite a pleasant one just by how professional and nice he was. Had to make a review for him as I know my parents wouldn't! Thanks Evan! My roof replacement due to hail damage was a complex journey. First, my roof needed to be replaced. Jordan from Randall & Son navigated this seamlessly. Now the fun part, I had to have solar panels removed and as fate would have it, the panel company was in chapter 11 bankruptcy. This was an area that R&S did not work, but they helped by providing guidance. Once the panel situation was worked out, I sent Jordan the paid receipts and he handled the claim with the insurance adjuster. I was reimbursed for my out of pocket costs by the insurance carrier. I now have a winter under my belt with a new roof, have had no problems and have no complaints. Randall & Son has my recommendation as a contractor due to great workmanship and a great customer representative like Jordan. Thanks to you Jordan and your team at Randall & Son.

Ed and his team came recommended from a neighbor friend, and although there were contractors scouring the neighborhood after the hailstorm we had this year, we called a few but went with Ed. He was proactive and dealt with the insurance company, and even then did not “assume” or act pushy that he had or was gaining our business. Step by step he interacted with insurance yet kept us in the loop. He had multiple teams come out (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, etc) and something we noticed with each team was how respectful they all were to our family coming and going while they were working, how well they kept their work cleaned up, and how on-time they were each day, just as scheduled. Everyone was friendly and worked efficiently. I was also really impressed when Ed would come by to speak with myself and each team to really oversee and look around at the work that they were providing. Many times with companies you talk to the owner but never see them show up at the site once they’ve landed the job. It was great to see his face here multiple times. He was very involved in the project and it was evident he and his team are well respected! We are very pleased with the work!

I had roof, siding, window, gutter, downspout and fence damage to my home in mid-May from the hail storm and Tyler Flanagan from RNS came by to see if he could check my roof and home for damages.
Tyler took care of everything and from the 1st encounter he responded immediately, gave thorough explanations concerning insurance, was present throughout the entire process, followed up and did everything in a timely, meticulous and professional manner. The communication from the team regarding start date, etc was fantastic. The prep work, clean up and final steps were spot on.

Randall and Sons is the company you are looking for. They are kind, patient, thorough, and will help you through every step of the process. We had an insurance claim from the storms over the summer to replace our roof, siding, and gutters, and got quotes from several places. R&S gave us a quote that was fair and thorough, and took the time to explain it to us step by step, and make sure that our insurance company would cover what we needed. They worked with our insurance to handle all the payments, and patiently answered all of the 100's of questions we had along the way. Ed was our main contact throughout and I can't say enough nice things about him and his whole team. All of the workers were polite and incredibly hard-working, staying late and coming early, and even asking to work on Sunday just to finish the job properly. If you're looking for an honest, local company to work with and give you amazing service--this is the one. I can't recommend them enough.

Jen was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had hail damage to our roof and siding which we claimed through insurance, and she was able to answer any questions we had about that process along with giving us frequent updates and estimated timelines for our repairs. Not only was she knowledgeable she had great communication with us and was always so friendly. She would consistently check in with the warehouse manager and would tell us when our supplies would arrive and when the work was scheduled. The work and materials were high quality, and the crews and foreman were friendly and very mindful of our outdoor landscaping. When doing the roof, the crew put a drop tarp from the gutters to the ground to keep all the debris away from the house which kept the space around the house clean. Once the job was completed all the debris was picked up from the yard and driveway and the crew did several sweeps for nails with a large magnet. On days that work was being done Jen would make sure to stop by and check in on the job and us as well. Jen treats you like a friend instead of just another customer and I cannot recommend her enough!

With a previously bad experience with another company we were hesitant to try another to get our roof replaced. Jen was amazing to work with.
