Platinum took the pain out of replacing my old deck. My deck had some design challenges and Platinum creatively solved them. Jason the GM was involved in the process from start to finish. My building crew, Lucas, Jeremy and Joe were a great team with attention to detail and a high level of skill and craftsmanship. Would definitely hire them again.

After getting quotes from a couple of different places, we ended up choosing Platinum Decking due to their responsiveness and professionalism. Breanna helped us decide what colors to use to best match our house. Rob, Max and the construction team were also very polite, helpful and highly skilled. I recently had the pleasure of having Platinum Patio instal my patio.
The crew leader was Mikey. Mikey was truly interested in perfection as was his crew. He spent time knowing my concerns and vision and also gave his suggestions before and during the entire project.He was unbelievably accommodating, had a fantastic calm demeanor, and I couldn't have asked for a more thorough and perfect job. Mikey remembered every detail and in my opinion is a perfectionist. The entire crew were also all very pleasant and extremely concerned with every single detail and measurement. All had a terrific work ethic.
Mikey is the one I spoke with during the construction.I could see that Mikey truly has a concern and respect for any and everyone he deals with. He is the most honest, sincere and responsible man anyone could every deal with, and has a true concern for people as well. He and his crew are a huge asset To Platinum Patio.
After a job it seems you can never get the contractor back if there is a problem these days. Coincidentally I also had a finishing problem and a defective transformer as well that was discovered after they left. I notified Scott the owner, who was also always available when needed. He immediately ordered a new transformed and also personally came to my home and solved my finishing concern. This is impressive.
In closing, I would endorse Mikey, his crew and everyone I dealt with at Platinum. The job was done far above the usual standard patio installers from start to finish, including the highest quality materials and techniques.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a completely positive experience with Platinum and all the workers, from start to finish. Jeff, Scott, Ruben, Jose, everyone was terrific! Very respectful. They showed up on time (or early), and worked hard throughout the days. My patio is beautiful! It is so hard to find hard workers nowadays. These guys blew it out of the water! My neighbors are jealous of what a gorgeous job was done, and how hard the guys worked. I was always kept in the loop on the project. Highly recommend. A+

The whole crew at Platinum did a great job on our new patio pavers! Scott and Jose were amazingly responsive to questions and got the job done on schedule as planned, which I have unfortunately found to be a rare attribute in contractors. The quality of work was great as well. From planning to execution the team kept an eye on the details and did good work. I still have a porch project with them under work, and so far the same quality. I recommend them highly!

We LOVE Platinum Decking and cannot say enough about them! They have built us our dream deck and have helped us complete our forever home! From the very beginning through the very end, our experience with them has been simply outstanding! Jeff, our salesperson, was extremely kind, professional, courteous, prompt, communicative and transparent – not at all the pushy, insistent salesperson. He took the time to listen to us, help us design our dream deck, educate us on the different materials and options, and then helped us finalize and prepare for our project for as and when we were ready. We were fortunate to have Mike, Eric, and the rest of their team (Francisco and Austin) come and work on it. Their expertise and craftsmanship, solid work ethic, punctuality, cleanliness, patience with all our questions/concerns, and their dedication to our project was incredible – they even worked full days during the crazy polar blast days we had in January and didn’t complain even once! We were so shocked and impressed by them! They have built us a deck that is truly beautiful to look at and admire, not just from the walkable surface, but even from below (where the light comes through the beams in an intriguing, artistic way). They are amazing, kind, hardworking, helpful, and ethical people. Again, we cannot say enough about our positive experience with Platinum Decking, and we highly recommend them.

Platinum Decking and Patio, specifically Saul’s crew, just completed our new paver patio and it is absolutely beautiful. I was amazed at how hard the team worked, paying attention to even the slightest detail. They kept the work area clean and took everything away. We are so appreciative of the beautiful work and know we will be happy with this patio for a long time.

This year my deck needed a complete remodeling. I found the Platinum Decking online and asked about the quota. They responded immediately. A couple of days later I met with Jeff at our home for a consultation.
Jeff very patiently listened to all my wishes, suggested some options and solutions regarding design and materials, and we came to an agreement. The next day I received a drawing and a detailed
project plan from him. I was very impressed by the professionalism and enthusiasm of this young man!
Next, Jeff introduced me to Rob, the field manager, and literally within a couple of weeks Rob and his team started working. Rob and his team were very efficient and professional.
Towards the end of the project, I asked for some adjustments to be made, and Rob responded immediately and coordinated the required tweaks.

Breanna and Saul were a dream to work with. Breanna helped us figure out a beautiful backyard space and Sual helped make that space become real. The guys from Platinum care about doing a great job. I've also never seen such hard workers. They finished the project right before the holidays and I couldn't be more happy to show off my new space and fill it with plants in the spring. I'd highly recommend this company!

We had both, a deck and patio, done by Platinum and both crews did an amazing job. They showed up on time, worked late when needed, were friendly, aware of their surroundings, kept a clean and safe work site, even had great music taste. We are very happy with both projects, would use them again anytime. PS: We added the pergola ourselves.

Joe and Scott and their team did a great job installing my new patio and fire pit in Downers Grove! They were completely professional every step of the way, from initial consultation and the obtaining of permits, all the way through instillation. The work crew were great too, even making last minute modifications per my request. I could not have hoped for a better experience. Strongly recommended!

Dealing with Platinum Decking was an absolute pleasure. Saul and his crew were amazing, especially working in extreme conditions, very warm and humid and having to haul everything thing for the job up and down hills. The project was done very fast, as they promised. Our original contact was Jeff, and he was so good at explaining everything and following up with us with any questions. Also Scott and Jeremy were so helpful in directing us through the entire project. We also have to mention Danny and his crew who did the deck. Again they did an amazing job and always communicated well with us. Always given phone numbers to reach the necessary people with any questions. In closing if your thinking of a deck or patio project, you definitely need to call Platinum Decking!

We had Jesus and Paulio start the job but unfortunately Paulio needed to stay closer to home for his family. So then we got Julio with Jesus they were fabulous, very respectful and polite. They knew what they were doing! They work well together. Answered any questions we had. Helped me with the grill off the porch, that was Jesus and Paulio for down and then Jesus and Robert back up! They both knew about the products Jesus and Dan helped us decide on a color for the cocktail rail, it’s perfect thank you! We love it!! I’ve given out your information to our neighbors who all have seen our new deck.
