I can not say enough good things about my experience with Platinum Patio and Pavers. Kaylee was so calm and professional while we were planning out my patio and going over designs (even changing the design originally planned and bringing out Scott to go over possibilities with my landscape). Scott made sure everything worked with my backyard - which was not easy. Then when actual construction time came Saul and his crew were beyond professional. They worked tirelessly for 6 days working from 7am until sometimes 7pm. This was not an easy project and they made my backyard a paradise. Everyday they cleaned up and were careful around my pond. I can not wait to use it this spring and summer and for years to come. I can finally use my patio without fear of falling (see before pictures and after below).

My family chose to work with platinum patios and pavers after a great meeting with Joe. He helped us envision and design our dream patio, listening to our wants/needs and making suggestions to make it as good as possible.

The crew who worked on our patio were kind and courteous while working and interacting with us. They took their time to make the patio look great and fully functional to our desires.

We have received numerous compliments from people, including the Yorkville inspector, who said they did amazing work and was very impressed.

I would recommend platinum patio and pavers to anyone looking to work with a professional and courteous company from design to management to work crew. All were great experiences and at fair pricing (as an added bonus).

From the estimate to completion of the project the entire company was very responsive and worked with us to get what we are looking for. Jose and his crew were on time every day, were very considerate of us and made sure we were happy every step of the installation. 10/10 recommend!

Having Platinum Patio and Pavers install our new patio was an excellent experience. From start to finish, they exhibited top-notch professionalism -- they were super-responsive at every step along the way, so it's obvious that this company aims to provide wonderful customer service. The whole process was easy, smooth and quick. We really apreciated the personal attention and expert advice that Joe and Jeremy provided, and the beautiful work that Edgar's crew did during the two-day installation. I've rarely seen a crew that worked as hard and who took more care in getting everything just right. They were really admirable. The results speak for themself. Even our neighbors remarked that they were so impressed as they noticed how hard the crew worked and what a nice job they produced. Everything turned out just as they promised it would and we're more than satisfied. And, by the way, the crew diligently cleaned everything up when finished and left the surrounding landscape looking as good or better than they found it. Very nice work, my friends -- thank you!

From the beginning process to the end it was a pleasure to deal with Platinum. Max and his install crew did an outstanding job on the deck install. We could not have been happier. He offered some suggestions which were very welcome. Kaylee helped guide us in the beginning with developing a plan and Rob the foreman came to make sure all was rolling along with the plan. The work crew cleaned up after themselves everyday. The before and after photos say it all on the quality workmanship.

We had Platinum build a deck at our house late last year and it turned out amazing. So much so that we decided to have them complete a deck project for us this year and we couldn't be happier. Mikey and his crew were hard working, efficient, quality minded and produced something that was as good if not better than we had hoped. We would recommend Platinum to anyone who is looking for a deck or patio. If you can request Mikey, you won't regret it.

We needed a new deck and a new patio so we used platinum for both. All of the work looks incredible and everyone was very professional. They really took the time to work with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. The whole process was a breeze and I would absolutely recommend them.

I recently had our 20 year old patio replaced by the team at Platinum Patio and it was a first class experience from start to finish. The sales, design and communication process was exceptional and the installation team were true craftsman with great attention to detail. I’m very pleased with the outcome and appreciate the extra effort in making sure that everything was cleaned up properly. They even took the time to backfill the area around the edge of the new patio and add grass seed, etc. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We had platinum put a patio in for us a couple of years ago recently contracted them to extend the patio for us. They were great throughout the process. Joe did a great job working with us on the best possible way to expand the existing space. Jeremey checked in with us a few days before the project started and again after it concluded to see if we had any questions. The crew was at our home bright and early to do the work and finished in less than a day and Scott stopped by a couple of times during the project to provide updates. We would highly recommend Platinum if you are in the market for a patio for your recreational needs.

We had a great experience working with Platinum Decking to build our patio. Everyone we worked with was extremely polite, easy to work with, and most importantly they were very quick to respond with any questions we had.

I can't believe what a smooth and amazing experience my patio paver project turned out to be. There was such attention to detail and great workmanship. Any question I had was answered sincerely and professionally. There was so much communication throughout the whole project, putting any doubts or worries I had about how it would turn out to rest. The team doing the installation worked quickly and were very diligent and precise in their work. Every member of the team was incredible and it was so obvious that they take pride in making sure the client is informed and gets what they want. I was given great suggestions on designs along with detailed renditions. I could literally go on and on about the work, the patio, and the Platinum team ( Sebastian’s crew, Bre, Scott, Jeremy, Matt) . It was seamless from beginning to end. I ordered the project, they completed it and they got paid. It should always be that simple. Thank you Platinum Decking team.

Sebastian, Matt and their crew are phenomenal! We met them after we signed with Jeff and we felt like we were in great hands. We were really happy that we scheduled in the wintertime to get this project completed. They had great communication skills throughout the entire process and let us know what they were up to each day, pending weather and inspections. We have done a ton of house construction projects and have worked with a combination of good/not so good contractors and they are the best. They genuinely feel salt of the earth and easy partners to work with. Jeff Korus was awesome through the sales and design process and kept us engaged and interested especially we needed to give him a few stops/go’s before signing. I would highly recommend kicking off a sales process with Jeff, he was highly detailed in the design and pricing process and also patient with us while we made decisions. We love that they have a software platform where we can visualize the design and proposals. No one else we met with had this type of technology, just sketches.

They’re already coming back in April to finish the patio project.

Ralph and crew are great and the curbing looks amazing.

The crews are great. They did an excellent job and came up with a great idea for our rock scape front yard. Plus a 6’ft vinyl fence.
The latch broke on the double gate and they repaired it with no questions asked

We have Dundee do all of our concrete curbing on our projects, the scheduling and finished product is always great
