Scheduled an appointment to have an outlet installed but they did not show up. Not even a call or text. I reached out several times and did not hear back. Sat around all day hoping they would eventually show up. I thought maybe I had the date wrong but I looked back through my messages and sure enough, it was confirmed. Disappointing.

I've used Huffer Electric several times for simple residential home repairs. I have been very pleased each time with their professionalism, costs, and quality of work. I would recommend them for any type of electrical job -- no matter how big or how small.

I did not use this business only because they never showed up. I called this company and the lady answered the phone "Hello" which as a business owner myself I found to be unprofessional. She was very pleasant though. She scheduled me for 2 days from the day I talked to her. That day arrived and nobody showed. I am rather flexible so I decided to wait until 4 hours or so and then call the company to inquire why nobody came. I thought maybe the person I talked to mixed the dates up. I called and now nobody answered the phone. I called again a few hours later and once again.....No answer. I cannot speak ill of this company's work because I never got the chance to find out. Judging by the experience that I had with them I would only be inclined to believe that I would be pulling my hair out attempting to have them return to fix a problem that may have arisen if they ever were to show up. I only have a few words of advice for this company....1. Answer your business line, whether its forwarded to a cell phone or rings in an office,with a company greeting. 2. Answer your phone in general. 3. Show up to the appointments you have scheduled because when you don't and then you don't answer the phone,it reflects very poorly on you as a business.
