It seems i always need something done quickly. Vons knocks it out of the park every time! This time it was to convert hardwired connection for a dishwasher to an electric outlet. I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of everyone at Vons. They always go out of there way for us and nake us feel like VIPs.

Somehow or another a truck, going through the parking lot next-door to our house, managed to hit the overhead wire that was the main electrical feed to our house. It ripped the bracket holding the wire to the house out of the house. This was in a location that was extremely hard to reach, but the electrician from Vons managed to replace the bracket and attach the device that actually held the wire in place less than half an hour. He then took a few minutes to put epoxy putty into the holes left in the damaged siding where the bracket had been attached. He was thorough, efficient, and friendly. I have used this company many times in the past and they have always provided excellent work.

I can recommend Vons Electric. We needed a bad GFI replaced. They took my call right away, scheduled us quickly, informed us about estimated cost ahead of visit, and were able to come out the next day.
The electrician, Jimmy, was on time, very friendly and explained everything.
He also answered a few other general “electrician-questions” I had about my smoke detectors and electric car chargers, which I was curious about.
All in all a very good experience.

Vons Electric has made several electrical improvements at my home. In every interaction and for every project my experience has been extremely positive. Very friendly, very professional, and they have a good relationship with the City of St Charles. I’m thankful for the great work Conrad did this morning adding some circuitry to my basement.

So please with this company..first I was given an estimate by an extremely professional electrician who listened to what I wanted an explained in detail how it could be done. Vons estimate was not the lowest one I received, but it was the one that gave me the most confidence that I would receive a job well done.
Mario was here to do the work today. He was professional and thorough. Since it was the coldest day of the year and he was working in an unheated room and the attic he did not cut corners or rush. He executed the layout exactly as I wanted it. He left the area spotless. I highly recommend Vons Electric.

The technician (Shaun) was friendly well spoken and helpful explaining the repair which took less time than I had anticipated.

Five stars for VONS! Have used them multiple times since moving to St. Charles. We had an emergency today and they were out within 15 minutes to fix the problem. Wonderful, professional and the most courteous electricians we have met.

Vons has been great to work with. They were referred to us when we needed service on our whole house generator. There are not a lot of companies that will service generators, so we were happy to hire them. They have excellent customer service, the techs show up on time, get the job done perfectly ! We have worked with techs Ryan & Jimmy, it was a pleasure working with both of them. They take the time to answer any questions we have, very knowledgeable. We highly recommend Vons !

I was very impressed with the service. The office called me back timely with a quote and they were able to come out the next day. The electricians, Konrad & Rylan, we prompt arriving, very careful and walked us through the process. Rylan also let us know that there were issues with the size and length of my fixture before he hung it (which allowed us to time to consider a new fixture). They will need to come back when our new fixture arrives to install it. Their cost was on the higher end but you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them.

They were able to make an appointment for me very quickly, got the work done efficiently, and the price was reasonable (just over $400, which included an attic fan and a difficult installation location as well as other work). A pleasure to do business with them!

I had a great experience with Vons! I had two other companies provide me with quotes on my projects that were comparably priced, but I ultimately went with Vons after Denver came out to provide me with a quote and also suggested I change the heater I purchased for my garage to save money on my electric bill. He knew it was more powerful than I needed, so I appreciated the honesty! He was also the only one to come up with a plan that prevented me from having to replace or repair any drywall after the project, which was another reason I went with Vons.

I was having a garage heater installed and needed more power run to the garage for it, which was not as cut and dry as it sounds since my panel is a little difficult to reach from there. I also had two ceiling fans installed in my bedrooms. Once I signed the quote they were able to get me an appointment about 1.5 weeks later. Mike and Rylan came out and got the job done quicker than I expected, and both did a great job! They were polite and professional and kept me in the loop for every step of the process. The work looks great, and they cleaned up nicely when everything was complete. I would absolutely use Vons again in the future!

The office and electrician that came to our house were great. No issues and a fair price. Also very quick on getting the work scheduled and completed.

We had a good experience with Vons Electric, Inc. Their technician was pleasant and arrived precisely on time for our Kohler backup generator maintenance. He clearly explained the work he was going to perform and, upon completion, made sure to ask if we had any further questions. It was a pleasant customer experience from beginning to end.

We'd also like to add that Vons Electric initially installed our backup generator and all associated electrical work, and we've had no issues whatsoever since then. The generator has successfully activated during multiple power outages and has performed exactly as advertised.

Kevin came out and in a couple of hours put up 3 ceiling fans and taking down old ones. Price was fair and he was very cool person to talk to while he got his work done. Will now be getting Vons Electric to fix any and all future projects.
