Vons has perfected the small business, white-glove service experience. Everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind. Scheduling an estimate was a breeze - Denver was prompt, knowledgeable, transparent, and he offered creative recommendations. Installation couldn't have gone smoother, Mario was extremely talented. He was careful to do minimal drywall damage, and he even saved drywall pieces for us to repair. We plan on using Vons again in the very near future. Don't think twice about hiring them, we couldn't be more pleased.

I was present when my son had several recessed ceiling lights installed in his home by Von's. The two electricians...Kevin and Shane...were exactly what you hope for when you have work done in your home. Both men were friendly and easy to deal with, clearly good at what they do and at working together, as well as professional. What was most impressive to me was that they did a meticulous job of cleaning up when done and putting things back in place. As they were leaving, a window treatment installer came to do some work and told me he had just had Von's do work at his house. Same experience and very pleased!

Great service with local roots! I’d 110% recommend them for any and all your electrical needs. I’m considering Solar and vendor asked me to upgrade panel but wanted to charge 2.5x the cost to what Vons Electric got the job done for. Denver helped me with all my questions and concerns. Vaughn (owner) was even kind enough to drop the permit to city for our Main Electric Panel replacement! He was accurate with his timeline and they even help schedule out the city inspection same day so everything checks out. Liz in office was also helpful with coordinating communication throughout whole project with timely messages and email reminders.

Mario came out to fix a rather serious electrical issue behind our oven. He was quick to diagnose the problem and repair the wiring, and ensured that everything was working properly before leaving. I’m extremely happy with the level of service and would highly recommend Vons going forward.

I highly recommend Von’s Electric! I called a handful of local competitors for a minor issue I was having with the outlet under my sink. Vons responded to my inquiry within an hour and set up an appointment for the next day. Compares to their competitors, they were roughly $100 cheaper. The Electrican, Shaun, was super kind and helpful. He addressed the minor electrical issue that I had under my sink within half an hour.

Professional service from the entire team. We had to replace our smoke detectors. We are second owners and didn’t realize that one smoke detector was never installed correct.. Jimmy the electrician quickly analyzed and corrected the problem.

We install are complicated set of exterior lights at our church. Denver was great helping us design the best configuration of fixtures and straight forward installation plan. When a couple fixtures didn't work properly, Denver made sure we got replacements for no extra charge. Good service, competitive price and dependable professionals.

Vons is the best company out there! Their customer service is second to none. Denver was prompt, all of the office staff were helpful and friendly. The day of the job, Jimmy was knowledgeable and kind, was patient with me and answered all of my questions! I felt 100 percent confident in all his work and they use top of the line parts for everything. A very positive attitude for a big and tough job of working in my crawl space! So super skilled! Mario was so knowledgable and attention to detail was outstanding and problem-solved how to and was drilling metal, bending pipes and making sure the saftey with the outlets was top priority. He also went above and beyond to put back and fix a tile and drill a different hole in the fuse box!
Shaun joined and had no issues being willing to go into my crawl space. He was humorous and let me know all the steps he was completing with the outdoor outlets as I asked. I would have given all 3 of them their own review but it only lets me post one! They all went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable about a big project and were all very respectful of being careful on my property! All three very skilled and talented ! They had to run electric through my floor and add circuits and 6 outdoor outlets. Outstanding work and exceeded expectations.

Great local business! Have had them do electrical work at my home numerous times. And have taken in fixtures for them to repair. I am always impressed with their knowledge and efficiency and their reasonable charges.

Awful experience. I am in the market for a whole house generator system and set up an appointment in June. A technician and administrative assistant came to my house and could not have had less interest in helping or taking the job. Despite the fact that I had explained my situation over the phone when setting up the appointment neither had any idea what they had come to my house for. After I re-explained the reason for their visit and walked them through and around my house they asked zero questions, and the only insight provided about the job was that I would need to set up another job with a plumber to have my gas line routed around the house before they could install a generator. They may have spent a total of 5 minutes at my house before leaving. I still have not received the quote that they said the would send. It was clear that they had no intention of doing any work and, at this point, I'm not holding my breath that I'll even hear back from them. Rehm was recommended by a family friend and employee of a local city utility company and this is very disappointing. Do not consider this company if you have any desire to be taken seriously and get your work done. This was a total disappointment and complete slap in the face. A complete lack of respect for the customer.
