Very friendly person on the phone. She was quite helpful and kept me informed when someone would be there. They managed to work us into the schedule for the same day as we called. Can't say enough nice things about these folks. Great service!

Sorry I dont remember his name but a very knowledgeable gentleman came to our house o. New years eves day to help us with an insurance problem we were having. They removed the knob and tube in the old home we purchased so I was able to get a reasonable insurance policy. I’m calling them today to get more work done. We scheduled an appointment two weeks ahead of time, they were 5 hours late so we had to reschedule, on our rescheduled date they said they came to our house and claimed that they knocked on the door but nobody heard, they never called us even though they have two phone numbers for us and there were two cars in the driveway so obviously people were home, we were even looking out windows waiting for them, eventually we called them and they told us to reschedule again, we never leave bad reviews but this was our worst experience with an electrician ever :(

I called Schwind because I wasn't sure who to call since it's been a while since I needed an electrician. I saw they had only two reviews but they were both 5 out of 5 so I called.
They were scheduled for a wednesday visit and called a day early and said they had an opening if we wanted it.
They came out and were extremely professional and did the work in under an hour and charged exactly what they said. 65.00 per hour and a few bucks for a new GFCI in the basement. Right on Schwind!!!
Gemreat job and no gouging like 100.00 show up fee on top of the hourly rate. What the hell is that rip off anyway. The charge should be the hourly rate...period... not another hundred for showing up.

I had schwind out to do a quote for electrical work. The gentleman that came out was wonderful. I was ready to have them do the work. I called them after two days of not receiving the quote. The lady said she'd have them send the quote over, but unfortunately they never sent the quote.

We have used them twice, once to install an electric car charger and more recently to replace some plugs. It was quick, easy, and affordable. Zane was professional and super friendly.

Zane and Garrett completed multiple jobs at our home today and did an excellent job on all of them! They worked very hard non-stop. Everything was done so well! I was home at the time and they checked with me while working on each project to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction.
Zane went out of his way to get us the light fixture we wanted to add to our ceiling fan. Our local stores did not have the part. He went out of town to get it for us. We appreciated his effort very much!
They both were very professional, informative and patient with answering questions.
