Outstanding service. I had a strange problem with lights flickering when an appliance, plugged into a separate outlet, was turned on. John's many years of experience were invaluable in diagnosing the problem. He and Andre were thorough and patient in exploring the symptoms to ensure they understood the cause. John correctly identified the problem as a failure of a neutral wire on the city supply to the house, which APS verified and rectified. John showed himself to be dependable, trustworthy and prompt. I would definitely use IMS Electrical again.
