Horrible experience. Staff was rude and pushy. I was directed toward the sales staff on the 2nd floor because of what I was ordering and it was a used car salesman attuide. Then when finally was checking out they would not take a cash payment. Seems if your not a huge company they have no interest in working with you. Take your business to Richmond Electric much better company.

At 12:30 on 3/27/25 I just had one of their employees fly by me in Midlothian tpke in one of their company trucks doing over 60mph in a 45. He flew up a short turning lane and passed me and another vehicle on the right side then he had to dive back into our lane before the turning lane ended, and we both had to hit our brakes. I caught up to him on Powhite where I saw him texting while driving. Incredibly reckless and entitled driving that could have gotten multiple people seriously hurt. Make sure your employees aren't psychos behind the wheel before putting them on the road.

Terrible customer service. Placed an emergency order for next day direct delivery. Order never placed. When order was finally placed, instead of shipping to directed address, they shipped to there office, a three hour drive away.
Another time, they charged full list for a product I was supposed to get SPA pricing. After 6 emails, still no response.
I believe one star is being very generous.
