The reason for one star is that want I was told on the phone was that the electrician will charge for one hour to provide an estimate and to fix what can be fixed in the first hour. This was not the case. They did not fix any of the items that were easily fixable during the hour and only provide the quotes..

I call Troy and his team for all my electrical needs. They are all professional and listen carefully to my needs. What I like most is that they will accommodate my schedule. I highly recommend Troy and his team.

Need Lucas county inspection done Hired company to do some electrical work. I tried to contact contractor for two days after work was Completed to talk to him about final inspection to be done by Lucas county. Inspector shows up at property with no warning and says he won't do inspection until plumbing electrical and structural is all completed. We got final bill from Cusino's electric and we refused to pay until final inspection is done. He has threatened us with lien and attorney we want him to do the final inspection on HIS WORK. STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS U CAN GET. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

the comment from the owner is completely false. I would recommend that Cusino’s get there facts straight no fine was given to us. If you want to hire someone that thinks he is GOD then hire this guy cause he thinks he is always right. The point is the inspection is not completed. As a customer ask yourself if you would pay for work before you knew if it is right or not. We refused to do that and won’t do it. In the mean time this company has made threats of putting a lien on the property and calling attoney. We will by all means confront whatever we have to. If we have to contact are attorney and file a lawsuit we will do this in a min if a lien is put on this property. but not a penny will be paid until job is completed nor would I think any customer would either. so if you as a customer read this ask yourself if you want to run into this problem with a company. My suggestion is fine a responsible contracting firm and not a company that thinks they can just threaten you to pay for work not completed. And please call Lucas county and check if we were fined. NOT FINED AT ALL. We filed a complaint with BBB. check with them and see how this company ultimately delt with this. Don’t forget. You are the customer not the other way around. And ask yourself this. If we are so demanding why did this company come to work for on 3 different jobs if they felt this way. Don’t be bullied into excepting work that is not completed. Please fine a different contractor. You will sleep better at night believe me. It’s up to you if you want this kind of headaches from a contractor

Cousino Electric ran the wiring for my building sign. They looked at a number of ways to route the wiring to the sign. They selected a cost effective method, and did the job on the day they had promised. I was very satisfied and would recommend them.

I dealt with Troy on a new purchased home for renovation! If there were 10 stars i would give it! Troy and his team upgraded my electric from screw in fuses to 200 amp service! My wife and i could not be any happier! Everytime i talked to Troy he was good to his word! From the permit to all the paperwork to supples ,labor,what days he scheduled! The work and the friendly man that work for them are amazing.Iam not a very trusting person, they were great! Use these people if you need this type work done! I hired Cousino to help me finish a project for a client. They were prompt, kept in communication via text, and took great care of the project and my client. I will be hiring them no questions asked for future electrical work!

They were able to send someone out the same day! They were not sure when a electrician would be available but told me 2-3 hrs. Within an hour and a half he arrived and took care of our issue! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. THEY COVER THEIR SHOES!!! Very upfront about their pricing and it was very fair. Will use them again for any electrical service I may need in the future!

They did a fantastic job! They were super timely, were able to come out the same day we requested a quote, and we were able to schedule the service within a week. I will be using Cousino Electric again.

Cousino Electric was my 3rd try at getting electrical help, after calling two other recommended electricians, who didn't show and didn't return calls. Called Cousino, left a message, got a call back within 15 minutes -- and on a Friday afternoon, they had two electricians here in 30 minutes. From the time I called, to the time they left (with my problem completely and courteously fixed) less than 90 minutes! They will be my first call for future work.
