Transtar installed my Generac generator through Lowes. At one year I called about service. I was told it didn't run enough to need service. Two weeks later they showed up an said they were in the neighborhood (they're 60 miles away) and said they were there to service the unit. $225 later ...... I'll be arranging for another company to service my unit.

I hired Transtar 20 years ago to wire my house for whole house sound system Fantastic job 20 years ago, they have been back over the years to add or update the system. Always top notch service. I had them out today to install Wi-Fi in my shop and to no surprise once again a perfect job. The technician Brain even helped me move my Christmas tree 🥹

I called to set up appointment for annual inspection. Was told 7-10 days they would call me and confirm date and time. Next morning I got a call, they were on their way. Great service as usual. Thank you and have a great holiday season.

Had Transtar Electric service our Generac Whole house generator in October. They did a wonderful job, and explained everything they were doing. They gave me suggestions on running the unit. I will use Transtar every time I need service.

We had transtar install our generac 5/6 years ago and have had them doing the yearly maintenance on it, and everyone I talk to at transtar and comes out for service has been great and can explain things in a level in which anyone can understand. I can't say enough good about this company.

Transtar Electric installed my Generac whole house generator a year ago and did an outstanding job. They recently came to my home to perform a yearly maintenance check on my Generac. They changed the oil, changed the spark plug and tested it to make sure that it performs well in the event of a power failure. I plan to call them for any future electrical work that I may need. They have a great reputation and I would recommend this company to everyone.

Excellent service. Very fast, very professional and the work was done exceptionally well. The building is lit so much better than before and the fixtures look amazing. I would highly recommend for either commercial or residential work. Will be using them again and have referred them to friends, family and neighbors.
