My interaction with Cousino had some ups and downs, but in the end they showed me they value their customers, do good work, and so I would recommend them.

Cousino had great turn around timing if you’re flexible, they did not negotiate on pricing with me but I will say they are “competitive” (YMMV), and if you notice anything strange afterwards just contact them readily so they can come diagnose and fix it.

STORY: They installed a 240v outlet for me which works well, but unfortunately when they moved my AC breaker up in the panel it got mis-wired which shut off my AC. However to begin I know my AC is 14yo and I just moved in so I figured it was the AC and not them. I spent 3 days in a hot house, $60 in parts thinking it was the AC, and a $85 home warranty claim just to diagnose myself it was the wires to the breaker.

I contacted Cousino to explain what happened, and the hell i went through. They sent someone out to review the panel right away (after I fixed it) and verified it was safe and proper. I asked if they could make things right and at the end of it all they did.

LESSON LEARNED: If you you think the contractor may have caused a fault get them back out ASAP. If i had called them up front they could have readily diagnosed the Mis-wire and saved me trouble. If you do diagnose it yourself just take good photos and videos to help explain what you found.

Called Cousino last week for an EV Charger install, Fan Install and Chandelier Install. They came out the following week and completed the work. Caleb and the other electricians were great to work with. Highly recommend.

I used Cousino Electric for the first time today and I will recommend them to my friends. Kyle came out on time, was polite and explained everything he was going to do. He made good suggestions and problem solved the difficulties I was having. He was neat and put on booties every time he walked into the house. He also used a vacuum to the areas where he had worked and removed all old parts.

Cousino Electric did an amazing job updating the lighting in our kitchen with LED wafer lights and pendant lights. We were able to get the work scheduled shortly after our quote which we appreciated. Would definitely recommend Cousino!

Called these folks on a Monday morning to install ceiling fan rated outlet boxes. They called me back an hour or so later and were at my house within 15 minutes. They installed the outlet boxes and the one fan we had same-day and charged me exactly what they quoted before the job. Great, professional service.

They did a great job on our recent electrical installation. They took the time to make sure we were satisfied with the location of electrical components. I feel they go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. Everything looks great and we are very satisfied. They over exceeded our expectation. I definitely recommend.

I needed 6 GFCI outlets installed in a home I'm selling, this was the last thing that needed to be done to get this place sold....I tried for 4 hours (plus travel time to/from the house as I don't live there) to do some of them myself, but due to some wiring weirdness I did nothing but waste time and get more and more frustrated.

Cousino Electric called me yesterday, returning my call I'd left over this past weekend, and were able to fit me into their schedule this morning. The two electricians that came over were early for the appointment (when does that ever happen?), were friendly and professional, and knocked out the job in 40 minutes tops. I can't imagine how long it would have taken me to do the same thing, but I'm glad they were able to do it and so quickly. Would definitely recommend to others and hire them again if needed.

Highly recommend. Price quote was exactly what I paid. They were very respectful of our household and left everything clean when finished. I've had work done by other people in the past who've left big messes and tracked their dirty shoes through our house without cleaning up after themselves. Couldn't be happier with the work that was done!

Called on Tuesday and Kyle came out Wednesday afternoon. After not getting a call back from another Toledo area electric company, it was refreshing to not only speak to someone on the phone about our issue but to also have it resolved within 24 hours of the call. Kyle was courteous, explained the steps to repair, provided a quote prior to the work starting, and was finished in a relatively short period of time. I would recommend them to others and plan to call them again should I ever have other electrical needs.

I decided to call them when I read all the good reviews. I needed them to install 3 ceiling fans and also install ceiling fan rated boxes. They couldn't have been more professional. I got a appointment that week and Andy and Dalton had my fans up in about 3 hours. Really knowledgeable guys. I would definitely recommend.

I had a wonderful experience with Cousino Electric. Scheduling the job (moving an exterior meter) was quick and easy. They let me know when they would be there, and were right on time. The team (Ed and Caleb) were friendly and professional. They did a beautiful job, and left the house and property spotless. Ed even took the time to explain what was done and talk about potential future projects. I was very happy I chose this company.

We had Cousino Electric come today to install ceiling fans and lights in our bedrooms. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company! I was hesitant to have someone else come into our home to do work, because we had a not so positive experience with the last company we had do work for us with poor communication, wearing shoes throughout our house (even when they were wet shoes), and not cleaning up well after themselves (never brought a vacuum); amongst other things. This was not our experience with Cousino Electric. Cousino Electric was very professional and very clean. They wore booties over their shoes in our home and every time they went outside, they took them off and then put them back on when they came back into our house. They cleaned up after themselves to the point that when they left, you would have never have known someone was in our house doing work. I didn't have to clean a thing when they left! The way they acted and treated our home is what one expects when you are paying someone to do work for you. I cannot say enough positive things about them. My husband and I were so impressed with their employees and their work. We have future electrical jobs we are going to want done and we will definitely be using Cousino Electric. Their serviceman Andy, is definitely a wonderful electrician to work with! If you hire this company, you will not be disappointed!

Had some overhead lights added in our front room. Both Calib and Ronan were very professional, polite and did an outstanding job. Even hung a chandelier we had recently purchased. Very highly recommended.

Loved working with this company! We had some antique fixtures and couldn't find anyone to put them up for us but then we found Cousino! Andy gave us a very reasonable quote and they were able to get us in quickly and on a day we were off (which can be hard for us with our weird work hours). Very efficient and considerate when working in our home. High quality, honest work. We will definitely be using them again~

I would give Cousino a Ten Star rating if I could! Earlier this week I awoke to flickering lights and a furnace that would not run correctly. Within an hour of leaving a message at the office, I was contacted to arrange a service appointment. Kyle contacted me when I was told he would; he showed up on time and diagnosed the issue within a matter of minutes and provided an estimate. I was impressed with his professionalism and his manners, as he took care to always slip shoe covers over his boots before coming into my house. Kyle and his assistant worked steadily through the afternoon, and before nightfall, my electrical issue was resolved, and I once again had a warm, cozy home. I will call no other electrician!

I called this morning to ask for an estimate to wire and install a ceiling fan in our great room. Dalton was here in 15 minutes, looked at the job and provided a written estimate. The estimate was very reasonable and they were able to do the job immediately. They did a very professional job in a timely fashion and cleaned everything up before leaving. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend Cousino Electric!

Called to replace majority of our home’s outlets, install a light, troubleshoot wiring issues, & inspect questionable wiring. Despite expansive to-do list, Jay must’ve taken extremely detailed notes during estimate because he was able to repeat entire list of concerns back to me to confirm what our expectations were for a more precise quote, & crew knew exactly what work needed done where during service appt. w/out me having to repeat myself. Jay, Dalton, Caleb, & Ronan were super efficient, worked really well together, & cleaned up after themselves. When they ran into anything unexpected, every crew member was able to explain things in a way that it was easy to understand. These guys may look young but don’t discount their expertise, professional, & attention to detail; undoubtedly the best experience we’ve had dealing with contractors in our home. We’re 6 months removed from the work being done & haven’t had any issues, they were worth every single penny!

My husband and I live in an old house that we remodeled 40 years ago. Improvements have been made since, but not always "up to code."
In the past couple years, Outlets quit working, switches quit working, and entire rooms lost power and lights.
Hubby tried to troubleshoot, with no luck. So, I called Cousinos and asked them to come out and assess my job. Two guys came out, very polite, and were able to address every issue and even make the "mystery lights" work again! No more extension cords or darkness over my kitchen sink! I cant tell you how elated I am! The cost was not as much as predicted, even with the boss coming to lend a hand!
They were clean, respected my money and time, and know that I will definitely call them back if any more issues arise!

These are our go-to electricians. I cannot recommend them enough. Just had them out today to change out some light fixtures and they were professional and fast, Chris and Jay thanks again !!!

They came in to fix an isolated power outtage and left with more things to fix like the hoses to both my washer and dryer. They lost parts to the panel and didn't give all aspects of my power back when doing a temporary fix to my problem. Will try someone else to fully fix my panel if it's needed in the future.
