We received recommendations from their amazing services by our neighbor that contracted Coral AC in the past . I was very very happy with their services. They install our new Ac after hurricane Ian. The crew was clean, responsible, show up when they said they would ( very uncommon for the businesses we have requested quotes from). The crew was knowledgeable, took all our old ducts out and gently installed the whole system, duct's and vent . They give us new ideas. Will totally recommend this business with no hesitation. Cape Coral Air Conditioning & Heating came out and in record time addressed an issue with our A/C not working. Technician made the trip out to our location, he quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it in terms we could easily understand, made the repair and then suggested any recommended next steps. Very happy with the service.

Beware!!!!.They replaced compressor on my air under warranty 6 month ago still paid them $650.00.It went again this time they tell me my cost will be $800-1000.Stay away

We had an issue with our air conditioning unit. Travis came out and took care of the problem. He.worked with us to time the replacement with our schedule. Great job, excellent service.

There is so much to tell... Wade installed our ac system in Sept. 2017. Rheem unit. It went out last night. Had some issues early on and Wade came out and "did a few things" to try and fix it. We called a reputable company to come out today to inspect and they were shocked when they started looking inside the unit. The "hard start" he put in to help with the noise... of a BRAND NEW ac had exploded all inside the unit. When the tech just removed it.. it's working fine now. We were told this should never be used unless its a power issue or a really old unit. I also found out that Wade doesn't have an HVAC license. The license is held by a former owner who lives in another state. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

I’d give them no stars if it would let me. Run don’t walk away from this company. Had a brand new AC put in 3 years ago by this company. A year later the compressor blew up cost 900 dollars to repair. And now it makes a clicking noise and when the heater is turned on it smells like something is on fire. Afraid to use it. Called another company to look at it because of no trust in this AC company. They ripped me off enough.

I have been using Sensible Air for around a year, both at our home and our business. These guys are unbelievable. Fast, courteous, reasonable and very knowledgeable....
I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone in the area who need A/C repairs or new Install....

Up to a month ago I would have highly recommended Sensible Air. We have had them do several things to our air conditioner ( we bought our condo in 2013). Last Sept. we had Travis come and replace our coil inside our unit. The old one had rusted and was leaking. Travis was very courteous and did an excellent job. About a month ago, we noticed that there was water dripping on top of our hot water heater which is located below the coil. We called Travis and he came and put in a trap which he thought was causing the problem. Well, that didn't help. Travis said he would order a new coil and install it before our warranty ran out. We have been calling the office and Travis himself but have never got a return call. The warranty runs out in Sept and I guess we will to pay someone else to have it fixed at our own expense. Therefore I cannot recommend Travis or his company anymore.
