Mr. Sneed was on time and performed HVAC inspection as planned. The unit was found in good working order. Text messages with photos were sent so that I could participate visually which I appreciated. One screen was found to have unsightly debris where the air returned into my house. The screen was cleaned by Mr. Sneed and an ultraviolet lamp was installed to prevent any future growth.

Prompt response and professional service. Dave has been our service tech on multiple occasions, is always pleasant to work with and completes service.

As always, anytime I have used Lee Company they have always been very professional and knowledgeable solving the problems for which I have called them!!! I would recommend Lee Company to anyone that asks me who they should call. And I have many times👍🏼

I could not have asked for a better experience with Jason & his partner (wish I could remember his name but I'm old). They worked extensively on 3 of my AC units and repaired 2 and got 1 up and running. They are the way customer service should be modeled across the board. Totally the opposite of my terrible customer service experience with American Air.

I had serious problems with my sewer line. Lee Company was responsive, courteous, and found the problem in a timely fashion. The repairs were carried out quickly and they even followed up to make sure everything was working properly. They have continued to work with me to improve plumbing issues in my historic home. The project manager and his team could not have been better--respectful, kind, and informative.

Excellent service!!! . Prior to anything being fixed (we were aware of this, and the main reason we called) we were made aware of the cost and the process. I would recommend using Lee Company!!!

Ron did a great job. If I ever need help with my HVAC unit again or anything regarding my house in that aspect, I'm going to request him.

Charged me $79 without isolating the cause of the problem. If you want them to replace both parts that might have gone wrong, it's another $1512. Find a more experienced company to service your American Standard HVAC.

Called to see about getting an estimate. They wanted to charge $200 just for the estimate. I would understand a small fee for gas and their time but $200 just for an estimate is INSANE GREEDY WORK.

Shane is a skilled professional. Knows the importance of how to properly clean an HVAC unit and does exactly that! Great communication skills. Respectful of my property. Polite.

The guys did a great job on both the shed repair and vent installation. Arrived on time and kept me updated on progress.

I am very pleased with the service that Lee Co. provided to me. My Mother’s AC unit went down on Tuesday around 4:30 pm. I called Lee and explained that what had happened and that my mother has several medical issues. Lee put her on the list and a technician was at her house about 9pm. Jeff, the technician, diagnosed the issue as a bad blower motor but he didn’t have one in his van to fix the issue. Jeff told me he would have to pick up one in Chattanooga the next morning and install it Wednesday. Jeff was back around 10:00am Wednesday and installed the new blower motor. The unit is back up and running. I want to thank Lee Company and Jeff for going above and beyond to get my mother’s unit working. Lee Company is the only company that I will use to service my mother’s and my units. Thanks again.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had a chandelier change out on 21 ft ceilings among other things. It was complicated - some of the light sockets were not working properly. They fixed everything while being up high with a smile on their faces. Thank you for making it look easy. Louise Whitaker

We had furnace repair on a super cold day. Also had the flu. The repairman was so kind and fixed it quickly. Definitely a blessing on a hard day.

The service was timely and the tech was very professional. He explained the root of the cause and showed me the issue. The problem was solved and my heat was restored. Thankyou Lee Company!

Jonathon was prompt, professional, and courteous. Did an excellent job installing toilets and faucets. He explained the new features well, tested functions and repaired a plumbing leak found. Very satisfied!

Nelson and Clayton who installed my new HVAC plus all duct work we're very knowledgeable and did a great job on the installation . They were kind and explained everything going on. Great guys and was comfortable with them both!

Lee company is amazing! They really make you feel like a part of the family. James was so kind and helpful and our AC is working more than perfect now with the maintenance!
