Lee Company sent out the plumber to check for a gas leak around the stove. He came out quickly and found the problem and replaced the flexible supply line and connectors. He did a lot of work and his work was thorough, complete, and professional. I appreciate all the hard work he did in finding and correcting the problem.

Last Tuesday my HVAC stopped working late afternoon. I have a system fault displayed on my thermostat. I have a maintenance contract with Lee Company and I contacted them. A tech showed up fairly quickly and diagnosed that I have a leak in the txv. He said he'd call first thing in the morning to find the part. I called the tech in the morning to let him know I still had a warranty on the HVAC system. He said he hadn't called anyone yet about the part, but he would after he finished his current job. That didn't happen. I talked to him again mid-afternoon and he still hadn't called about the part. He told me he was going to call his suppliers and would get back to me within the hour. That didn't happen either. I contacted Lee Company to let them know my displeasure. I was told they were searching for the part. The tech called me later Thursday to say he found the part and was heading to pick it up. He also said it would be Monday before he could install it knowing that there was a hard freeze coming Sunday night. I contacted Lee Company again and they got me scheduled first thing Sunday morning. The tech contacted me Sunday morning and asked how I got on the schedule. He said no one notified him that I was on his schedule and that he never picked up the part. He also stated he wouldn't be able to get the part because the place was closed on Sunday. I was then schedule for Monday morning. I've been without a working HVAC for almost a week now and though I would've been a priority today, but I guess that's not the case. As of this writing, I still don't have the HVAC fixed. Oh, and to top it off, the tech damaged my ceiling putting up the attic stairs last Tuesday as well.
On Monday morning, the tech texted me to say another tech had the part and would contact me after he finished up his current job. I received no phone call in the morning, so I contacted Lee Company again around 11:30 and was told I'm next on the list. I'm still waiting... The lack of urgency to get the part and get my HVAC up and running is appalling at the very least.
UPDATE: I call Lee Company again early afternoon to ask what the hold up was and was told I was still next on the list. The new tech finally called around 3pm and said he was on his way. He came with another person, I assume it was someone in training. He told me they didn't have the part and would need to get it from the supplier. I'm not sure why they showed up at my house without the part. I'm also not sure why both of them had to go get the part. The senior tech could've started removing stuff while the other guy got the part. Anyways, they returned about an hour later (about 5pm). It took til 7:30 to complete the repair. After looking at the work order, the cost of the repair seems a bit high which I'm going to call them on. Still waiting on a call from the service manager...

Akeem (Murfreesboro, TN) came at 9:00 pm to fix our A/C. He was so nice, knowledgeable, personable and professional. Never tried to sell a thing, but after being questioned, recommended the yearly maintenance service, and we were thrilled to do it. Thanks for the honest, thoughtful, and most helpful service I think I have ever gotten from a company like this.

We have contracted with Lee Company for home maintenance for many years. When we have experienced “emergency” issues like no heat in winter the Lee Company response has been timely. Technicians have responded in the wee hours of night, in freezing cold, to correct any and all issues encountered. In particular, Ethan, in particular, has responded to problems many times. We have come to know and trust him. He is personable, competent, honest, and dedicated to resolving problems in a timely manner. We appreciate the kindness he has extended over the years.

I would highly recommend Lee Company for any HVAC needs. The heat stopped working on my almost 20 year unit. Todd, a technician, arrived at my house within a few hours and gave me several recommendations and options to either repair or replace the unit. The salesman, Bill, that sold me a new unit was very helpful, again presenting me with different recommendations. The guys, Kenton and Jonathan, that installed the new unit a few days later did a great job and were very communicative the whole time. Overall I was impressed with the whole team's kindness, workmanship, integrity and accountability to a job well done.

When I called as a first time customer, I was helped by an incredibly kind staff member who was able to schedule a visit for the same day and provide a holiday discount. Chase arrived promptly and was extremely professional, kind, and informative. Signed up for annual inspections and would definitely recommend Lee Company!

I had an excellent experience with Tyler from Lee Company. He quickly identified and fixed my electrical issue with professionalism and skill. What really stood out was how clearly he explained the problem and walked me through the solution without any pressure. He also took the time to tell me about the company’s maintenance program, which made a lot of sense for keeping things running smoothly year-round. Tyler was friendly, knowledgeable, and represented Lee Company exceptionally well. Highly recommend both him and the company!

To be fair...a mixed bag.
When we moved into our home, Lee Company was able to help us add insulation and it was quick and easy.Since then, not so hot...we got a quote for some electric work and the gentleman who was at our house called a co-worker to get more information-unfortunately for him, he was on speaker phone and my wife heard him say, "Let's make some money off these folks." We kindly declined and spent more money for a company we trusted more. Lastly, this week (perhaps last week), we scheduled an appointment for a quote on our crawl space encapsulation-they were late and then blamed me for not being there, despite the fact that I made the reservation online and was able to look back at my confirmation. I'm not a super genius, perhaps, but I do know how to tell time...it was a baffling sequence of events.
A series of unfortunate events, but nonetheless, we'll find others to do our home repairs from now own.
Gov. Lee has received plenty of it as is.

I own two properties in Nashville and between them there are 6 HVAC units. As 2 units started to fail a few years ago I did my research on local companies and got quotes from 3 of them for total replacement and all the ducting in the crawlspace. I had a few neighbors tell me to avoid Lee Co because they would be much more expensive and harder to work with…glad I ignored that biased advise. Lee came in under the other 2 quotes and I even ended up with Trane units at that property. I have since replaced two units at my main residence and have had Lee maintenance contracts on everything for 4 years now. Their project managers and technicians are always very nice and professional. And yes size matters. Before I signed up with Lee for maintenance I was using another company for my residence and had an emergency on the 4th of July. One of the attic units had a clogged drain line that was backing up and overflowing the drip pan under the unit, and water was coming through the upstairs ceiling. This was caused by the company I was using at the time not clearing the drip line as part of the spring tune up under the agreement I was paying them for. And, the moisture sensor in the pan that they sold me should have shut off the unit but was not working. When I called them on the 4th of July I got a voice message saying that only one technician was on holiday call and they could not get to me that day. I called Lee, who I did not have a maintenance agreement with, and technician arrived 1 hour later. Fixed the problem, and we were able to turn the unit back on, on what was a blistering hot and humid day. Lee had multiple technicians available for what they knew in advance would be a busy July 4th. Sorry for being so long winded. .

We had a leak in our plumbing and asked they come out early on a Sunday morning. I received an early call confirming someone was on their way, and Blake showed up promptly as promised. He was thorough, professional, polite and friendly, and fixed it promptly, for MUCH less than I feared. I could not have been more pleased with this service.

My review is mixed. The appointments were set quickly and very conveniently. I had 7 team members at my home in one day. They included electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. Each technician was an expert in their field, extremely knowledgeable, made proposals before doing the work, explained everything they needed to do clearly, and cleaned up after their work. They were also extremely polite, respectful, cheerful, fun, professional, and a joy to be in my home. This earns them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Because the crew was so wonderful, it made it extremely difficult to cancel my future proposed services. Lee Company policy is to not issue a detailed invoice on parts cost, labor cost, etc. For electrical, I received a proposal for $9k+ to rewire a large room and replace entire breaker box. They also detailed several other items. For HVAC, I received a proposal for $38k+ to replace my unit, remove existing ductwork and insulation, replace ductwork, and lay a barrier on 1200 square foot. They did not offer another less expensive, more efficient solution, which was to put my HVAC in the attic. I paid over $1k for the work they performed that day. For $50k+, I had to know what I was paying for on a very modest brick ranch house built in the 70’s that I paid less than $80k in 1992. This lack of transparency is makes me run. I cancelled future the proposals based on price, lack of more efficient and affordable solutions, and transparency. For this reason, I rate them a NEGATIVE star.
