United Water Heating Repair technician arrived the same day as my service call on a Saturday. Technician got the heat running within 30 minutes even though I needed a couple of new parts. Came back out after each part arrived separately and installed them the same day. You can't beat fast, friendly and dependable service especially when it is getting down into single digit temperatures. I signed up for their yearly maintenance program.

We wanted to replace our old water heater which was nearing the end of its rated lifespan. He sailed through the replacement as if he had already done it hundreds of times, which we gather he indeed had. So it's also a plus that United Water Heating Repair only does water heaters, and they are really really good at it.
