Couldn't ask for better service!

Very prompt and reasonable price for service!

They installed an A/C unit for me, gave me good price and the unit works very well. My electric bill has gone down considerably since. Very professional technicians, David, David Jr., Jesse and Jaden are all top notch.

Overcharged for billable hours. Customer service rep was very rude when questioned about the invoice price. Technician was very nice. If you use the service you must get an invoice on site. I was not told the amount by technician before he left got a big surprise $500 to recharge ac unit. they are very responsive. I will give them that.

Sessions has performed two services on our air conditioning unit. Jesse is always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Last years' inspection was performed on schedule and efficiently. Jesse gave me tips to keep my ac unit in good condition. This year, we required a minor repair that was diagnosed quickly and repaired straight away. We will continue to use SM HVAC as our go-to inspection and repair company due to their honest and transparent business practices. This is a well run, honest family business.

Professionalism & quality service are goals of Sessions family technicians. They have serviced my carrier hvac unit for 28 years with no hiccups. I’m proud to say I’m related to the Sessions family & their brother in Christ.

Neal's continues to provide excellent value and customer service. Brandon got our maintenance done quickly while providing friendly informative service. There was a small hiccup with the office with my appointment time but we got it straightened out quickly.

Brandon, was an excellent tech; he checked our ac unit, seemed like no time passed, knew what part to replace, fixed 👏 👌 👍 🙌 😀 it quickly, was friendly & prompt in getting here as well!

We came home to our unit not running right and we leave for vacation tomorrow. Holly was able to get a tech out for us within the hour. So thankful for her help. Daniel has been here several times and we really enjoy dealing with him and his work. He has fixed us up everytime. We are very happy and grateful for Neal's heating and cooling. Even our furbabies! 5 stars all around!!

Neal’s was so easy to work with from scheduling to service. Our technician was fantastic. He had no problem trouble shooting or issue and fixing it, and was very clear explaining to us how to use our new system. And, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend using them!

Troy came out to service my unit. He cleaned the coils and removed debris from the unit. Troy was knowledgeable with the unit and was very professional.
My only issue was some of the ductwork done 3 years ago during the original install has repeatedly had pieces fall down. Troy took pictures of it and added a patch to hold it together. Hopefully, Nathan will get the pictures and get this corrected for me. This is the only issue I have had with my new tempstar unit or Nathan's installation.

These guys did an amazing job . We are very pleased with the quality and seed of of the work done on installing our new unit and would recommend them to anyone who may need hvac work done. Thanks for a Job well done

I just had a gas fireplace installed. Looks great. Wonderful follow up making sure I got what I wanted and a great group of people to work with. Would highly recommend.

Excellent and courteous. Very reasonably priced. Unlike N.G. H+A There seemed to be a breakdown in communication of what I was looking to have done on my service call and b/c of that the tech had to borrow one of my own HVAC tools to complete the job. Brandon had a great attitude about completing the "extra task" and didn't throw anybody under the bus for not communicating this expectation to him. Excellent employee and a great value. I've had 2 very good experiences now.

In the past few years I have used several different heating and air companies. A friend introduced me to Neal’s heating and air. This company and their employees are the best!! I had a new unit installed and their employees showed up on time, explained everything to me, and performed as professionals! Their prices were great!!
