Just had a great experience with Ely B this morning. I had to get on to say how easy, seamless and painless he made today’s visit.

He arrived and got right to work on the issue and within an hour had my furnace up and running again after being out of commission for 3 weeks due to the Nest Thermostat I had taking a dump. I decided to upgrade to Peaks Thermostat and I must add it is so modern, the lights in the display are amazing and you can even change them. I am now scheduled for maintenance in the fall to maintain good furnace health.

Friendly service, great customer service and affordable! I will be using them for all of my future needs.

My furnace had been off for 12 hours when I made the appointment the person taking the appointment knew this. I had been scheduled on Sunday at 8am to 10 am by that time the furnace had been out for 36 hours and in the 30's inside the house. The company never showed for the appointment. I called and got a virtual assistant that did nothing. The worse part about it is I had my in-laws living in my house and they are both in their 80's. Luckly, I got a hold of a smaller company that had a person answering the phone and had to pay an emergency fee to have them come out. Peak finally text me an hour and a half after my appointment was scheduled for and said they could have someone out in 3 hours. Run-away do not call this company. Worst company I have ever dealt with. They would get a negative if I could leave a negative number.

Noell and Jarek rocked it out and saved us literally next day. They even had to custom fit a part to retrofit my new furnace and had it delivered same day. For sure a life saver and competitive pricing was clutch. Sold. My heroes. The whole process was straight forward easy and they have financing options if you really need it.

Aaron was professional and helpful at diagnosing and explaining when our furnace broke in almost single digit weather late on a Friday. He came within two hours.
Josiah had a new furnace in and we had heat the next day on Saturday. Very friendly and explained everything. Insisted any questions to call him and he would be happy to explain. Everything was cleaned up afterwards.
Highly recommend the company and the communication from face to face, phone calls and text. The equipment and the service were reliable.

After requesting a quote for A/C condenser repair vs a replacement or entire system, I was blown away at the quick response. In just hours Chad Sr. himself responded and got me "chillin". He performed a repair I had been told by another company could not be done. They said I would be wasting my money in the attempt and should purchase a new condenser instead. Just that erroneous information and "free" filters cost me $69. Honestly, I know it's due for an upgrade soon but not right now and certainly not at their price point. I found Chad's honesty, knowledge and expertise refreshing.. He's the real deal! Very impressive. When the time comes for a new system, he's got my business! He saved me thousands today! I opted for the annual maintenance plan as well. I've finally found an A/C company that has my back and it feels good. Man, it's cold up in here!

Sam, Scott, and Adam do a fantastic job! We were in a bind in 2020 with Covid locking everything down and our A/C unit totally wiped out at the beginning of summer. They were able to do a total HVAC replacement for us, and financed through Alabama Power so we were able to make monthly payments. We also had to have Scott come back out this year for a fan replacement, covered under our extended warranty. Same day service with a smile!
