Just want to add here, all these months later, our freezer is still 100% operational and running smoothly. After the initial diagnostic, the technician was able to quickly order parts we needed, and come back to replace the motor as soon as the part arrived (a delay of several days only due to pandemic-related shipping/manufacturing delays). Afterwards, we still felt our temperature reader was malfunctioning, and another tech was dispatched to adjust it. Following that, the owner of the company came to meet us, and check his employee’s work, plus chat with us about what had been done. We will be using De Luxe for any issues in the future. This company is fantastic, the employees are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and they are all lovely people.

Highly recommend Connie and her Crew . We had them come out to clean our Dryer vent and Air ducts . So glad they came out as we were long overdue . Very knowledgeable and friendly and worked with our budget. Can’t wait to book with them to have them come out again to clean carpets after our Remodeling project

Very professional company! Extremely recommend if you want your air ducts cleaned. They provide you with real pictures of your air ducts before and after the service! Connie was very helpful explaining the whole process and providing us with the updates.

Good team came out and cleaned my home duct work. Set my expectations on how long they need and how noisy it might be. That was helpful so I can plan ahead for meetings. We recently acquired a historic home and one of our first tasks was to have the ducts cleaned. As the Luxe Ducts team went to work, it became apparent that this was badly needed. Despite best efforts, dust ended up throughout the house. This probably could not have been avoided.
