I had a great experience from Harmonic Heating And Cooling today. I had Sean come out and service my system; he was professional, showed me everything that was going on, educated me on my system and how it works. He found the issue and showed me. Great job from him and as well from the one who provided me with great options and for his proficiency and respect at my house.

I've been using this firm for a few months now, and they've always been reliable. They are really prompt and competent, and I am quite satisfied with their services.

Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and timely. He thoroughly talked us through/ showed us what our AC issues were, presented us with options, and fixed our unit.

I highly recommend this service. Michael was my technician he informed every step of the way, very professional. Him and his crew members was very respectful and did everything to get my cooling system working the same day. My house was almost 90 degrees so you can only imagine the smile on my face when they left.

Chris and PJ were awesome and very professional with their work. Our HVAC area is really cramped and was worried the new water heater would be a problem but they took care of it without any fuss. We had a dryness problem during winters due to heater and all the previous HVAC folks had ruled out a humidifier due to the space constraint. Thanks to Chris for coming up with creative solutions and now we have a humidifier running.

Chris A arrived when he said he would, he was extremely professional and a breath of fresh air! Very kind and also got what we needed fixed in great time and now our AC works! He explained everything in detail to us and we couldn't be more pleased. Definitely would come again.

I was very happy with the service, Cesar went above and beyond to help me with my furnace problem. It was an unexpected last minute call with freezing cold weather and Cesar was there within a few hours to try and fix the furnace so I could have heat in my home. I would definitely recommend them. Since the service my furnace has been working great.

Update 2: I got a call from the regional manager about the issues I had with my experience and he apologized and explained why the AC couldn't be used because they had to empty the refrigerant but since it's cold they can't fill it up. He did say they were gana fill the lines up so nothing gets damaged in case it does turn on which is nice. Added an extra year of warranty for situation which is super nice as well. Seems like a chill company that cares.

Update: they givin out bonuses to the worker and wanted u to write a 5 star review. They did a good job and the heater works as it should but they kinda traded and had to disconnect the AC which is totally fine w/e but then they didn't fix it afterwards and said they'll come in the spring which was Dec2023 so thats loke what 5 months? So if i accidentally switch the AC on it's gana mess something up. I texted the company after they asked how it went and they didn't respond after I asked for them to come finish the job. Also my name was misspelled on n the email and paperwork and I told the guy. He said he'd let the office know but nothing. They spelled it Toved.

These Guys are AMAZING! I have used and have had a service contract with them for years. They are so responsive, always professional and literally treat you like family. It's so rare you come across a group of people like this in todays world. As long as I live here I will only use this company. They are truly hands down the best in the area. This my 1st time replacing the heater and AC.Cesar came to check my old equipment did a great job explaining to me the all the info on things that need to get done…. I Did not get to see the start of this project, but got to see the middle and end. Boy!!!! Turn out to be AMAZING!!!! Thanks to Dave and Kevin who got the Job done from start to finish! 2 great guys!!!! Thank for everything Service Plus. Happy to have someone that I can trust.

Extremely great service from the moment you call to schedule service - Ninfa Chavez was very professional, friendly knowledgeable, and polite when scheduling us for service. When the guys came for service, it was also very fast and clean - they explained the process and made sure everything was done on time and in a good way. Will recommend their service 100% - 5+ starts for sure to the entire team.

Everyone here is awesome and they did a great job. Our heater went out and they had a new one installed and working beautifully within 24 hours. They even tried to get us some space heaters to tide us over. Super kind and the price was fair. The service we received earned them a loyal customer for life and I would absolutely refer them to anyone suffering with HVAC problems!

Chris came out quickly when our unit went out! He was super professional and informative. Would highly recommend him and Service Plus for all your heating and cooling needs.

On May 12th the first of the hottest days of the season my AC system went out. Called everyone and their brother...booked solid until late the following week. Called these guys and they were able to send someone out that night!! Eduardo C. showed up on time just like the text message and email I got saying he was on his way. He was here from about 430 until almost 10 that night. The man worked his tail off until he found the problem and did not leave until I had my system working!! So professional, hard working and knowledgeable. He ran out of refrigerant filling up my system so he called his buddy co-worker Chris A. he brought the refrigant and stayed with him until the repair was done.they exhausted every avenue. Finally a leak test was performed with a dye they put in. Fast forward until last night 6/2/22. Chris A came back to check the system again, did another leak test found that the sealant put in fixed the problem. This man worked his tail off as well. Here from 545 until almost 10. Didn't want to leave until he made sure everything was working as it should and the problem was fixed.

This company has hired some of the greatest, hardworking professional HVAC guys in the business! Highly highly recommend this company! Also the lady that answered the phone. She was great as well! In constant contact with me, explained everything thoroughly and was so polite and professional!!

Ninfa Chavez called to let me know it was time to get the system cleaned and ready for the winter. She is very good keeping in keeping my system ready at peak performance. The technician Eduardo C, was very professional when he arrived to preform the service. He was very thorough at inspecting and cleaning my furnace. I knew I was ready for the cold winter ahead.

Ed from Service Plus came out for a dryer vent cleaning. He was very thorough with his work and explaining what was done. I certainly appreciate honest and detailed service techs, so will be using this company going forward. I also love that they're a family owned business!
