Asked for a quote to install a new furnace. Tim gave me the best price I can find. Furnace was installed the next day. Jose and Andres did a wonderful job making sure that everything in the furnace works after installation. It was snowing and they were very respectful putting the floor mats so no wet shoes and dirt in my floor. I'm a happy customer!!

Tim gave a very competitive offer for a new Trane Furnace and AC with a fantastic warranty. Mark and Jose came to the house and installed both units without any problems. They were very professional and clean. I am very happy with TDH and will be using them for all future HVAC needs.

We needed two whole home humidifiers installed and so we reached out to multiple service providers - even the big guys like ABC plumbing and Four Seasons - both of whom we have worked with in the past but haven’t been 100% impressed with. TDH was a wildcard for us but ultimately won us over. TDH was responsive, seemed knowledgeable and was priced right. They were able to get us in on short notice too. But the real seal of approval came with the installation. Kris was great. He called in advance of arrival, was courteous to me and my home and did a wonderful job on what was a difficult install. At the end of installation he walked me through what was done and how I needed to maintain the unit and other ways to improve performance. I will definitely consider TDH Mechanical for future HVAC needs.

I had my furnace replaced this past week by TDH Mechanical. Tim the owner was very straightforward, honest and didn't try to oversell as well as being responsive to all my questions. The guys did a great job on the work and making sure the job was done right and cleaned up afterwards. They took the time to explain the system and ran checks to make sure the furnace was working as they wanted it to work even checking to make sure that it was warming the house correctly. I will not hesitate to use TDH again with any issues I might have be it heating or A/C.

Jose and his partner did an absolutely incredible job installing our new a/c and furnace. We had a very tight spot to work with for the furnace and they made it fit perfectly, and look great. Was very pleased with my initial experience with TDH. I called TDH in regards to looking into a noise my furnace was making. Spoke with Tim on the phone and he had a tech out to my condo the next day. Kris was the associate that performed the inspection and was very fast and friendly. He took the time to explain what was going on and my options going forward. I would definitely recommend!

Tim was quick to respond to my request for information on a replacement furnace. I was specifically looking to upgrade my unit to a Trane model. I found TDH to be an authorized Trane dealer located in my neighborhood. The team was able to come over the next day to install the replacement. Rolando C and his team did a great job. We recently moved into an older home that had a 16 year old furnace and water heater. We took the opportunity to shop around and found that Louis and TDH gave us the best price. In addition, Louis listened to our goals and provided suggestions without insisting. He also patiently provided quotes for various options and updated our quote when plans changed. Everything from the initial proposal to installation was top notch with TDH. They do not try to sell products you do not need. I purchased a Trane 2 stage variable speed furnace, 3 ton condenser, Aprilaire humidifier and air cleaner for a reasonable price. The installation crew of Jose and Andres did an excellent job and answered all of my questions. I even had an opportunity to speak with Tim the owner who helped me decide to go with the Aprilaire 4 inch air cleaner as opposed to a standard 1 inch furnace filter. I will definitely use TDH for routine maintenance/service and highly recommend this company.
I would like to add this company has an excellent response time. Other companies I contacted did NOT even respond to the request for a quote via phone or email.TDH had the products in stock and were able to schedule the install quickly. Very impressed with TDH's customer service.I never write reviews but felt compelled to share my positive experience!

The team a TDH Mechanical was first rate! From the no pressure free estimate to the excellent installation everything was done professionally and extremely quickly. All the mess was cleaned up and they were able to explain simply what they were doing and why. Very fair pricing as I had reviewed other options. They listed exactly what was done on the invoice and emailed a copy. Totally professional and great to do business with!

TDH Mechanical did a great job start to finish replacing my AC unit and coil. Tim was very responsive and timely in addressing questions I had on the phone and via email. The installation was in a mid-rise building in Chicago which has certain limitations because of condo association rules and TDH was very accommodating in this regard. The installation was done in a neat and tidy manner which was fantastic. After this experience I can't see any reason to call anyone else when I have the next issue.

TDH is very reasonable with great services. Tim (the owner) spent a lot of time answering all our questions and explaining the differences between the various options. Loius came to our house to provide us with an estimate of the work and was very honest and upfront. He did not try to rip up (we were very new to the process). I asked him about replacing the water heater too but he looked at it and said I can use it for a few more years. They did great work when they were at our house. Tim even called up after two days to follow up and check how things were after the installation and if we had any questions. We would definitely recommend TDH .

Last week, my old furnace gave out. After doing a lot of research, I went with TDH to put in a new furnace, A/C, humidifier and to clean the ductwork. My experience was great - they were very responsive from the beginning, offered a better warranty than others, and everyone involved was a pleasure to deal with. The installation went without a hitch. When I had a follow-up question the next day, they were just as quick then as during the initial consultation period. This gave me a lot of confidence that their support will be excellent in the future. I'm thrilled with their service and definitely recommend them.

TDH provided us a timely and competitively priced furnace replacement when we were in a pinch! Martin & Romaldo did a great job with the installation of new system, and haul away of the old furnace. They were quick and did a great job getting the new system running. When the times comes for us to replace our old AC unit, we will definitely consider TDH again.

After dealing with an inept contractor who came to our home five times we decided to call TDH. They were amazing! They installed a new furnace in less than 24 hours and were exceptionally professional. We were happy with the price and quality of work. Tim answered all of our questions and followed up to make sure we were happy. TDH has earned a customer for life!

Had a very quick response and excellent service. Bought an A/C and furnace combination one year ago and was very pleased so I used TDH for a service call on my other A/C and a tune-up on both. Tech was very helpful and solved issue in 5 minutes (new capacitor for old A/C). Tech also instructed me in how to clean A/C properly for better cooling. Price was reasonable, tech excellent. Good to go!

When my entire system went out I knew it was not going to be an inexpensive job. I called around 8-10 local HVAC contractors from Google search and Tim was the only one that got back to me the same day, which I was thankful for since it was going to be 90 degrees again soon. After hearing ridiculous price ranges from a few others, I decided to go with TDH. They had the best price and the installers were out the next morning 7am sharp. The installation was done by dinner time. I'm going to use TDH going forward for all my annual maintenance as well.

I was able to reach Jim right away, and he immediately got me a quote (the best price I found) to replace both of my furnace humidifiers. I was on a tight schedule because of a home closing, so he fit me in the next week. Hector showed up as scheduled, was very friendly and professional, and was very clear about the work he was doing. This was an excellent experience from start to finish, and II would definitely use TDH again.

I had two furnaces from the year 2001. One stopped working in December. Ken came to my home quickly and gave me a quote. I then communicated with Tim, the owner for options and questions. Just a few days later, Mark and Alfredo came and installed two furnaces. I am back to warm. Yes, I like them very much so I decided not only to replace the malfunction one but also the other functional yet old furnace. I can then have the peace of mind for years. On their paper, it says "the owner is easily accessible". That's very true. Tim was easy to contact and on top of everything. I trust and strongly recommend them.

Their pricing was extremely competitive and we appreciated that they really listened to our concerns with our old equipment and provided cost-effective and efficient recommendations, without attempting to oversell us as other companies did. The installers arrived on time, were extremely professional and polite and helpful. They cleaned up all the mess and were easy to work with. We have been very happy with our decision to go with TDH!

TDH was the best decision I could have made for my furnace and C/A purchase. From the start Tim was extremely interested and helpful in informing me and making the deal work for me. Then Jackie processed my order, making sure the financing of the job was just what I wanted. On installation day, Mark and Jose were on time, hard working and informative. When they were done the job was excellent , neat, and just as it was explained to me it would be.
