I highly recommend One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning. All of the staff is friendly, reliable, and knowledgeable. Today, Keo came for the yearly furnace check-up. He is always so pleasant and thorough.

Sean did an exceptional job for us. His recommendations were honest and his guidance as to what we need was insightful. I highly recommend Sean and One Hour!

I was happy as I thought that the service went well...unfortunately my house is getting warmer after having what was supposed to be a routine cleaning of our AC. I called to let them know that there is some kind of issue and was told that they would quote me on a price. Seriously, what is the point of having a maintenance contract with this company. I went from satisfied to not satisfied in less than an hour. I guess that is all they can guarantee based on their name...So my rating went from 5 stars to 1 star. I am open to changing if the technician that comes solves the issue.

UPDATE - changed from 1 star to 5 stars: Jose and Hugh came within an hour or so after I contacted the office - they fixed what Mark didn't finish...turning it back on! Thank you to Jose and Hugh for your professionalism and quick response. Our AC appears to be back to normal.

Reminder to all repair/maintenance people - make sure everything is working before you leave as homeowners call you for your expertise/help! We are expecting that you know what you are doing since we don't. I personally hate to call and report something not working as it did before you arrived....or give bad reviews for service ...but I will!

Sean Andersen was very professiona. And very detail oriented with the care of my furnace. Used my water hose for service. And rolled and put it away when he was done. Didn't expect that. Explained the service and charges very clearly. Very happy with the service

Good job, tremendous job! After 3 techs he’s the only one who had enough curiosity to go where no one had gone, upstairs in a garage attic, gritty! Grit is everything to me, it’s a day to day excellence because he cares, has experience and it’s uncommon! He has my trust & gratitude cause I’m tired of being hot… not like I”m hot😂 , no physically hot, okay, nothings coming out correctly!He & his company are the real deal . Book it!

Mike from One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning came out to give us a quote for our furnace & AC and spent a lot of time going over the size of the house and making sure what he was recommending wasn't too big or small. Learned a lot from his visit that two other quoting companies didn't provide. Very fair on prices quoted. If you're getting quotes for HVAC, make sure to put One Hour on your list!

Our heat exchanger went out just as the cold weather hit. One Hour located the repair part which was in short supply in a very short period of time and at a fair price, and kept us advised as the status of shipment. As soon as the part came in, they did the repair. All in all very excellent service and I would highly recommend One Hour !

Your technician Francisco C was just here at my daughter/son in laws house on Lexington Ave for a drainage issue for the shower. He was professional, courteous, and pleasant, not to mention he fixed the problem within a half hour. Thanks for the professional support. I recommend him and your company strongly.

Our furnace stopped putting out heat the second or third time we fired it up for the cold season. Upon calling one hour heating and air, the person on the other end of the phone was very pleasant and easy to talk to and gave clear and concise options and was able to schedule the same day, and then reschedule the next day when the same day wouldn't work for us. The next day, which happened to be a Sunday, I got the call at 7:35 a.m. saying our technician would be here at 8. Jeff came promptly at 8 and quickly diagnosed our furnace and had the replacement part on the truck. He was very courteous and respectful and had our furnace up and running by 8:40. Unexpected costs are never wanted, but when it happens, one hour heating and air is definitely the first call to make us those costs are HVAC related.

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning was fantastic! They were able to fit me into their schedule last minute, and the whole team was communicative and professional from start to finish. Jeff was our technician and did an excellent job conducting a full furnace tune-up and cleaning all of our components. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He also diagnosed why our system was blowing cold air in heat mode and gave great recommendations to prevent future issues. Highly recommend One Hour Heating for prompt, thorough, and reliable service!

I contacted Tim regarding replacing my air conditioning unit. I had a couple of quotes from different companies but TDH was the most professional and also the best price.It was a very professional installation and the crew they sent out to do the job were excellent.they said they would show up at 7 a.m. and that's exactly when my doorbell rang. They also have a very good follow up afterwards.I can't say enough good things about this company and I will definitely use them for all future needs.

I have a 3 flat and 2 of the unit's furnaces were on their last legs. I had 4 companies come out to get estimates. The 1st one, it begins with a Four,
was twice the price TDH. The second was in the middle and the 3rd was close to TDH . I chose to use TDH because their experience, professionalism and price. The work was completed in three days right on schedule and everything is working great! They installers were very neat and friendly. I plan on using them for servicing the units in the future.
