THE PEOPLE THAT ARE WRITING BAD REVIEWS ABOUT CENTURY A/C SUPPLY ARE UNLICENSED HVACR CONTRACTORS (HOMEOWNERS) THEY HAVE A SIGN ON THERE FORNT DOOR THAT SAYS THEY ONLY SELL TO LICENSED HVACR CONTRACTORS IN TEXAS YOU HAVE TO HAVE A A/C LICENSE THAT IS WHY I BUY FORM THEM , ALSO THEY ARE VERY NICE AND HELPFUL ,THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL YOU DO CENTURY A/C SUPPLY !!!!!!!!!

DO NOT go here if you dont have an AC tec license there dumb policies wont allowed to sell to person w out lic , in my case just need it a capacitor for fan motor .

Absolutely rude. Could not have been more unimpressed by their demeanor. You can say something without sounding like that. Also, you don't sell to contractors? Seriously? Good luck with that practice.

The new manager Carlos is a great guy! Respectful and always willing to help. The store is always clean and willing to stock items you need.

The arrogance upon the employees seem to be a reoccurring issue. They should definitely look into possible customer service training classes. My maintenance cringe at the thought of having to interact with the staff and be belittled and spoken to like they're idiots for asking a question. Completely unimpressed that this is a unaddressed reoccurring issuse with this location and has not been resolved.

These guys know what it means to take care of a customer. Even when they are slammed busy, they still go above and beyond to make sure everyone is taken care of in a timely manner
