Did not show up for scheduled appointment. Did not return emails. Customer service line was unsuccessful to be able to speak to representative. Do not recommend.

Our business had a confirmed case of COVID. We called Jani-King for COVID disinfecting. They were prompt, professional and thorough. We would highly recommend and wont hesitate to use their services again.

Don't know when they're showing up or if they're showing up. I added service back in December which cost me $50 more a month and it hasn't been touched (it's July), but I'm still getting a bill for the service. I've asked for a new cleaning personnel and that still has not changed.

As an owner of a business, I hate to write a bad review. Owning and running a business are very difficult. It is hard to make 100% of the people happy. However, I now feel I need to save other businesses from the stress which will be caused by using Jani King of Springfield . They are a very unprofessional service. If they show up. If they do show up it is hard to tell they even cleaned. Contract which you cannot get out of until a year because they will come in and clean or fix the problems you had which did not get completed. However, it is a wonderful feeling coming in on a Monday ready to see patients and the office has not been cleaned, again. Mondays for us are very busy, so for my staff to have to add cleaning on top of their duties at 7 in the morning causes much stress.

NEVER USE THEM!!

Jani King cleans several of our dentist offices, and other medical facilities. They have impressed us over and over again with the quality of work they provide. If they make a mistake they are right there to correct it. Their regional director has really changed things around since he took over.

We hired Jani King for our commercial cleaning service with a start date 30 days ahead of time. On the day that Jani King was supposed to begin services, the cleaning crew refused to take the job during our walk through. After a couple of days, we still didn’t have a resolution nor a cleaning crew. I would not recommend Jani King.

I've dealt with Jani King and their teams across two different businesses. Their employees are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Thank you for your services!
